This is just the faceplate and bullet options there is NOT the back plate included.

Q: does this come with evil sticks

The all bullets do it yourself kit comes with an Evil Dpad faceplate and evil buttons your your directional pad and XBAY buttons. This does not include Evil Thumbsticks.
