Michael Condrey from Sledgehammer Games posted in a blog recently that Call of Duty Modern Warfare is going to feature a Color Blind Assist mode. Now, I know, you are probably wondering, what is that? And more pertinently, what is the point? But for people, like myself who are afflicted by color deficiency, or other who have full color blindness, this means that Modern Warfare 3 will be a level playing field.

The quick animations and flowing colors of modern games can be hard to follow for people with color related vision issues, and often times it means confusing enemies with friends in the game. Subsequently the game becomes bias towards people without these issues, and the inclusion of a Color Blind Assist mode allows players to truly compete, without disadvantageous game play.

Modern Warfare 3 is right around the corner, and new information about the game is being released each week. The Color Blind Assist mode is just another advantage that MW3 will employ, and the technology behind this game is already astounding.

I have been waiting for a game to do this! Good lookin out cod!

Yes! Finally! This is going to be the best game (next to Elder Scrolls) just because of that feature.

i think call of duty should put vehicles you can drive in multiplayer like a military jeep with a machine gun in the back. also have some other company help them make a limited edition _________. like work with medal or honer, or star wars, or something alot of people watch or play.not make another Modern Warfare and call it good add something that makes it stand out to everyone to want to make them play it more.
