  • What's New with Gears of War Judgment

    Gears of War Judgement Info

If you didn't know already, Gears of War Judgment is Epic Games upcoming title and will be a prequel to the current trilogy, in which the campaign puts you back into the aftermath of Emergence Day in Gears of War 1. You'll follow Kilo Squad, including members Lt. Damon Baird and Private Augustus, as they are accused of treason after a bloody battle against the Locust in Halvo Bay.

The campaign is likely to be equally as stunning as the previous games, but what brings players back again and again is the competitive multiplayer that stands out from other top shooter games.

In Gears of War Judgment, we'll still be able to play the normal versus multiplayer modes, but we'll also get some new gameplay modes, one of which is named OverRun.

OverRun will pit the COG against the Locust in a territorial massacre. As the COG, your objective will be to protect two sealed emergence holes and a hammer of dawn beacon, whilst the Locust seek to destroy it. The game mode will consist of five player teams and each team will have a turn at playing both the COG and the Locusts.

Epic Games will also include a new Free-For-All Mode which will allow players to fight in a bloody arena where for the first time you'll be able to play against other COG soldiers as a COG soldier yourself.

The two new gameplay modes will add a great deal of content to the multiplayer experience, and here's hoping that they will be as successful as previous attempts by Epic Games.

If you are a huge Gears of War fan you will want to pick up our Master Mod or our Stealth Adjustable v2 with Gears of War 3 functions as these modded controllers are compatible with Gears of War 3. Featuring advanced Gears of War 3 specific mods such as, Auto Mark, Active Reload, Auto Swap, Auto Chainsaw, Rapid Fire, Active Reload and more!

    Gears of War 3

Gears of War 3 has been long awaited for many gamers. Especially since the release date
has been pushed back an entire year. Many people are itching to get their hands on this game
since the whole Gears of War franchise has been extremely successful.
People who have played the Gears of War series enjoy most of their time spent
playing the multiplayer online. The beta for Gears of War 3 was released to the a select few
gamers about a month ago back in April 2011. These players got a chance to test out the new
multiplayer online for the game. The turnout was huge and the results were nothing short or
fantastic. Some of the reviews of the beta gave us inside information on what the new game is
going to be like and how much everyone enjoyed it. The special effects of some of the online
multiplayer maps were supposedly amazing. Apparently, one of the maps is taken over by a
sandstorm and in all the maps you can interact with some of the set ups on the stages as well.
Although the beta only gives you a glimpse, it gives us a good look on what to expect from the
    rest of the game.

All in all this game sounds like it will be a best seller and will be at the top of my
personal list of games to buy during the year of 2011. The game is set to release Tuesday
September 20, 2001. So if you dont have the money to spend on the game, now would be a
good time to start saving! Another item to add to your list of things to buy is the Gears of War
3 controller we are coming up with here at Evil Controllers. It is definitely a must-by and well
worth the money if you want to be a contestant for one of the top gamers on the leader boards for
    Gears of War 3.
If you already own Gears of War 2, don't forget that Evil Controllers offers an Active Reload controller to give you perfect reloads EVERY TIME. You can also expect us to release a Gears of War 3 Controller around the game's release date.

  • Using our Active Reload Controller with the Gears of War 3 Beta

Evil Ambassador Copiozo talks about Evil Controller's Gears of War Active Reload Controller.

So recently here at Evil Controllers, I have been given the opportunity to work with one of our controllers designed specifically for the Gears of War series, the Active Reload controller for Gears of War 2. Let me tell you, it makes the game even more enjoyable than using a standard controller (don't get me wrong, Gears of War is fun, but it's more fun using a modded controller'srapid fire to mow down the Locust Horde).

Now you're probably asking, Evil Ambassador Copiozo, does the modded controller's functions work with all the old Gears of War weapons? I can assure it, it does work on all of the old Gears of War weapons with the exception of two: The Pistol and the Hammer Burst. While you cannot use the active reload's rapid fire functionon the pistol and the active reload function on the Hammer Burst, you can use both functions on all the old weapons in the game.

Have no fear, we at Evil Controllers are working to get the Pistol and Hammer Burst to function with the controller; also we are working on how to make the other weapons function even better. Though we do believe that at this time of the Gears of War 3 Beta, we aren't going to release any new controllers specifically for the it. This way, we can focus more on the controllers and their functions to work with the game when it comes out fully on its Fall release.

In the meantime, why not try out Active Reload controller with its rapid fire functions on the Gears of War beta while we wait for its release? You're going to find it mighty enjoyable like I have.
