Play as the Devourer of Worldsin Ultimate MVC3
I always wished there was some way to play as the boss, seeing as they are the cheapest of the cheap and have all the cool abilities. Aside from the instance of playing as Apocalypse in X-men vs Street Fighter on the PS1, there really was no chance of you ever taking the reigns of the other bosses like Abyss in Marvel vs Capcom 2...until now.
Thanks tosome released news on Joystiq, Ulitmate Marvel vs Capcom 3 will allow us to control the ever-so-cheap Galactus. Capcom's strategy manager, Seth Killian, revealed at New York [...]

ComicCon News: Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 announced!
In released news from San Diego ComicCon, Capcom has announced that Marvel vs. Capcom 3, (which was just released this past February) is being re-released again this November in a updated version called Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. So this upcoming November, you'll be dishing out damage on Sentinel spammers with Marvel's Ghost Rider and Hawkeye while bringing the pain with Capcom's Firebrand and Strider Hiryu. I was happy enough to be invited to a release party for Marvel vs. Capcom 3 on Valentines hosted by the nice people who organize the annual Devastation tournament, which, in my opinion, was certainly better than some lame date with some guy I barely know that felt obligated to have a Valentine. Although it was over an hour of a trek, another Evil coworker and I gladly drove out, Evil D-pads and swag in arms to give away to attendees.
The party was at the Best Buy out in Surprise, AZ, and probably housed over 50 excited gamers in attendance [...]

Capcom Game cures more Rage Quits?
Rage quitting is an actionnewer to consoles then it is to PC, but the term and the actionhave been around for quite awhile. Rage quitting is exactly as it sounds, it's when a player is frustrated and has the suspicion they're going to lose an online game so they choose to disconnect rather then accept defeat or ruin their win ratio. Street Fighter 4 players dealt with this fairly regularly although Capcom worked to fix the problem by revealing the disconnect ratio of players to encourage them not to disconnect until their match was over.
With [...]

Gamer News - More Marvel vs. Capcom 3 characters revealed!
As if Capcom couldn't give us more of an excuse to get us fighting game fans to bulk up our fingers and prepare our Evil thumbsticks, just as of this past weekend, at Gamescom in Germany, it is revealed that both Viewtiful Joe (from Viewitful Joe) and Dormammu (the nemesis of Marvel's Dr. Strange) are going to be in the release of Marvel vs. Capcom 3. In addition, if you were to search back, the confirmation of Dormammu has significance in the leaked possibility of the Silver Surfer for Marvel [...]
