Q: Are there bullet directional buttons available for separate purchase?

A: Ben, The bullet dpad requires a different faceplate using our Evil Dpad design. Without this you cannot convert your controller to use dpad bullet buttons. If you have more questions please contact us at 1.877.880.3845 or questions@evilcontrollers.com

Q: I see in the picture it has a screwdriver thing that looks like the Torx tool but when I read what this product comes with the Torx tool isnt listed. Does this item come with the Torx tool to take apart my controller?
