It hasn't been that long since the release of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, but Konami has already announced the first DLC pack for the game. The new DLC doesn't add any significant content to Metal Gear Solid V. Instead, the upcoming DLC for MGSV will simply add some basic cosmetic items which do not have any affect on the gameplay whatsoever.
The new DLC information has come straight from Konami themselves at a press event at Tokyo Games Show. Konami has mentioned that the first DLC will include a number of different outfits for Metal Gear Online, horse armor and a few other cosmetic items.
Players will also be able to equip themselves with the Stealth Suit from Metal Gear Solid 3. If you're feeling like dressing in style, you'll also be able to equip Snake with a full tuxedo. The horse armor on the other hand adds a small touch to the horses - it has not been mentioned whether the horse armor will have any effect in the game or not, besides the cosmetic changes.
Unfortunately Konami has not revealed when the upcoming cosmetic DLC pack will release or how much it will cost. Konami have also not mentioned anything about future DLC content or expansions, but a lot of players are concerned about certain story elements being pushed out as DLC in the future.
As soon as we know more about the DLC for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain we shall let you know.
