343 Industries, Mojang and 4JStudios have all teamed up together to create a themed Minecraft DLC pack for Minecraft on the Xbox One and Xbox 360. This isn't the first time we've seen themed mash up packs for Minecraft on the Xbox, and in fact it's not the first time we've seen a Halo pack either.
In the past we saw a full Minecraft Halo theme which included a Halo texture pack, Halo music track and Halo map. This time, 343 Industries has worked closely with Mojang to create a Halo 5: Guardians skin pack.
Starting on October 23, players will be able to purchase a skin pack for Minecraft that adds a number of Halo skins to the game. The Halo DLC pack will only be available on Xbox One and Xbox 360.
For those that have already purchased the previous Halo mashup pack, you'll be happy to hear that this upcoming skin DLC will be available to you for free. Everybody else can pick up both the mash-up pack and the now included skins for $4.
In total there are eight different

The file size for the digital version of Fallout 4 has been leaked through Microsoft's listing of the game, and I must say, you will be pleasantly surprised to hear the numbers, especially if you're currently low on hard drive space.
There's no denying that Fallout 4 will be one of the most, if not the most expansive games released this year and as a result players are already expecting a large download size. Surprisingly though, Bethesda has done a great job at keeping the file size at a minimum.
If you choose to purchase Fallout 4 digitally on the Xbox One, you'll be looking at downloading and installing 28.12GB worth of space onto your console. The PlayStation 4 numbers haven't been revealed but they are likely to be very similar to the Xbox One's number.
At 28.12GB, you shouldn't have to worry at all about installing Fallout 4 onto your hard drive. It's also important to remember that you won't have to use any storage space for the base game if you purchase the

Over the weekend, thousands of players were invited to try out the closed beta for Rainbow Six: Siege, the upcoming tactical shooter from Ubisoft. The beta started on Thursday after the pre-beta technical test ended and it continued to early on Monday morning.
A lot of players have been very impressed with Rainbow Six: Siege, which seems to wonderfully blend inspiration from a wide range of different titles. There's no doubt that Siege really does feel like it's own game in it's own right, despite having some game modes and game mechanics similar to Counter Strike, Call of Duty, Battlefield and even Arma 3.
For the most part, the beta went by smoothly, although the beginning did have a few issues. A lot of players did complain about the inability to pre-load the beta and in the first few hours, server issues were fairly common. Past the launch of the beta, most players managed to play without any complaints.
Surprisingly Rainbow Six: Siege managed to run smoothly on

Fallout's Pete Hines has taken to Twitter to answer a few questions from Fallout 4 fans. As a result, we've managed to learn a few things about romance options, Fallout 3 on the PlayStation 4, and more details about the wasteland.
One PlayStation 4 owner asked whether Fallout 3 was going to make it's way to the PS4. He asked this question because it was recently confirmed that Fallout 3 will soon be playable on the Xbox One. Pete Hines responded by saying that Bethesda haven't worked to put Fallout 3 on the Xbox One but instead have simply allowed Microsoft the rights to make Fallout 3 backwards compatible.
For that reason, if the PS4 were to be backwards compatible as well then players would also be able to play Fallout 3 on the PlayStation 4. As it stands right now, however, only the Xbox One can play Fallout 3 via the Xbox 360 version of the game.
Further through the week Pete Hines mentioned that players will not be able to build settlements anywhere within the

Recently a rumor has spread. The rumor has caused a lot of panic in the gaming community and there is a good reason for it. CD Projekt Red has been praised for being such a community driven development studio, especially since the release of The Witcher 3, but according to a rumor, EA were looking into buying out the entire CD Projekt Red team.
If this plan were to go ahead, EA would essentially have full control over all of CD Projekt Red's future content, which, as you can imagine, has struck fear in a lot of Witcher fan hearts.
Fortunately, the rumors have now been dismissed and absolutely 100% denied by CD Project Red. Below, a translated version of CD Projekt's chief executive Adam Kicinski's statement on the rumor has been posted.
"Usually we don't comment on rumors, but it's time to deny the one about takeover because it spread too far. In the name of the board, I would like to state: No, we are not in any talks about the sale of CD PROJEKT RED or GOG. Also,

You can't always trust retailer listings but it's very true that retailers are often one of the first organizations to hear about upcoming releases. One retailer in South Africa, named Raru, has recently listed a new game named The BioShock Collection and it has been described as a collection of BioShock titles for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
Seeing game collections for the latest generation of consoles has become a common occurrence, but it's a little harder to believe the latest collection rumor because the developer behind the BioShock series has been effectively shut down.
This would mean that if Take Two Games wanted to release a collection for BioShock they would have to pull together the old development team or hire a completely new one that will be familiar with the BioShock series. If we can look past the disbanding of the BioShock dev team, having a BioShock collection for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 would be quite amazing.
In the past, Raru

The latest Advanced Warfare DLC pack is now available on the Xbox One and the Xbox 360. As part of the exclusivity deal with Microsoft, the latest DLC will not be available on other platforms until next month.
The new DLC pack is called Reckoning and it features a variety of new content. Unfortunately Reckoning does not include a bonus weapon like previous DLC packs have, but it does include other exciting content.
In total, there are four new multiplayer maps in the Reckoning DLC pack and a new exo-zombies map. The first map is called Fracture and it features an ice digging facility located near one of the poles. You'll find yourself on a sinking ice cap that slowly sinks throughout each match.
Overload is the second map and this is located in the middle east. Players will find themselves fighting in a large, luxury hotel filled with all sorts of expensive items.
Quarantine is the third map and this places players on a disease ridden island. The map is very

Whether you are looking forward to Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 or not, you can't deny that Activision has done a great job, alongside some of it's developers, to release a number of classic Call of Duty games in the past.
Some players may have the fondest of memories in Black Ops 1, whilst others remember spending their days on Modern Warfare 2. Some veterans out there may even tell you that their fondest memories were from Call of Duty 4.
Either way, there is a lot of nostalgia hiding in many of the older Call of Duty titles, and Activision CEO Eric Hirshberg understands that this is a great reason for remastered versions to be created.
Hirshberg mentioned that, "If done well, remasters can be great."
"You talk about nostalgia, and people have such connection to the games they love from the last cycle. They want to see what it would look like if someone did it right for this cycle."
Hirshberg even went on to say that a remastered collection for Call of

The latest Games with Gold promotion for August has now been announced and Major Nelson has revealed four different games that will be available throughout August for both Xbox One and Xbox 360.
Like previous months, the Xbox 360 will be getting two games and the Xbox One will be getting two different games as well. Personally I think August's lineup may be one of the best we have ever seen so far.
Firstly, on Xbox 360 we have Metro 2033 available currently and it will remain available till August 15. On August 16, Metro 2033 will be replaced with Metro Last Light. Metro Last Light is a direct sequel of Metro 2033 so you'll be able to play through both games this month in order.
Each Metro game is a post apocalyptic themed first person shooter. As the title of the game would suggest, the majority of both games takes place inside the Metro system underneath Moscow.
The great deals are available on the Xbox One as well. Throughout the entirety of August, Metal

BioWare has finally dropped the ball on their latest Mass Effect game with an announcement trailer and a new blog post. The new game has been introduced as Mass Effect: Andromeda and it will be coming to consoles and PC holiday season next year.
"When we wrapped up the original Mass Effect trilogy with Mass Effect 3: Citadel in early 2013, planning and design on Mass Effect: Andromeda was already well underway. We knew we wanted to start with a foundation composed of the best parts of any Mass Effect game: exciting new worlds to discover, great characters, and intense action. At the same time, we clearly wanted to expand the definition of what you should expect from a Mass Effect game."
Whilst previous rumors suggested that the upcoming Mass Effect game could have been a completely different experience, it's clear what BioWare truly meant by that. The same mechanics and features that made the original Mass Effect trilogy so popular are clearly here
