Q: Are these controllers detectable and can I get banned?

A: Every single one of our trigger rapid fire controllers is UNDETECTABLE. With our controllers we take advantage of video game exploits rather than actually 'modding' the game which is illegal. Absolutely no worries with these!

Q: What kind of warranty/guarantee is offered with your products?

A: Included with every purchase or a trigger rapid fire controller is a 7 day money back guarantee as well as 6 Months Free Parts and Labor. If any issues develop over time, we won't just leave you hanging! You will be refunded full product cost. However, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

Q: How quickly will I receive my controller from the day of purchase?

A: Since we are a custom mod company, we do not customize the unit until it is ordered. We ship within 4 days of payment and from there it is 2-3 days. You can expect to receive it from a 3-10 days span. However, take in consideration that we do not ship weekends.

Q: What is so special about all of your controller modifications?

A: Our mods contain a programmed microcontroller IC capable of a wide range of modifications. With the ability to eliminate human error 100%, we can now take advantage of certain exploits in nearly every game made!

Q: Do you accept Send-Ins?

A: Currently we are not accepting send-ins.

Q: Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Q: Am I required to pay anything if I need my controller to be repaired within the 6 Month warranty period?

A: The only thing we ask is for you to cover the shipping and handling charges of $9.99 in the U.S. and $24.70 internationally for repairs.

Q: Do you ship internationally and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Yes we do and it takes 10-15 days for arrival depending on location.
