The QuadRow is an adaptive input solution designed for gamers who require flexible and accessible button configurations. It features four arcade-style buttons arranged in a single row, making it well suited for directional inputs, macros, or frequently used actions within adaptive controller setups.

Each button connects via a 3.5 mm headphone jack, allowing easy integration and custom mapping. The QuadRow is compatible with any available port on both the Xbox Adaptive Controller (XAC) and the PlayStation Access Controller (PAC).

To accommodate different accessibility needs and play styles, the QuadRow is offered in two size options:

  • Large: 30 mm arcade buttons
