This controller is designed for gamers who have limited mobility and/or strength in their hands.
If standard first-party controllers feel too heavy, this lightweight design makes them easier to hold and control. If buttons or triggers are difficult to press, our Tactile and Soft Press enhancements reduce the effort required. If thumbsticks are hard to maneuver, we offer multiple add-ons—such as sensitivity adjustments and thumbstick extenders—to improve comfort, grip, and precision.

Modification Details
Weight Reduction
We reduce the overall weight of the PlayStation 5 controller (approx. 112 g / 4 oz) by removing select internal components:

This results in a lighter controller that is easier to hold for extended sessions.
Thumbstick Extenders
Thumbstick extenders increase the height and leverage of the thumbstick, making it easier to control with less effort. The added length and weight improve sensitivity and precision.
They are tool-free, removable, and interchangeable with standard thumbsticks, allowing you to switch between setups for different games.

You may also customize your extender using moldable silicone (such as Sugru) for a personalized ergonomic grip.
Example: Use an extender for racing games and switch back to a standard stick for shooter games.
