Evil Control
Overall good controller. I play a lot of BO6 don't seem like all the mods work. That was one of the main reasons for buying the controller. Second was for the shift buttons and being able to remap any button I want to them. Was thinking bout buying another on but unsure if it will have the master mods. The team there is quick with orders and answering emails. I order another case and grips but they were out of grips. They emailed me letting me know and sent out the case and issueing me a refund for the grips.

Excellent accessibility product!
I ordered the one-handed controller. I got the removable joystick but I haven't switched it out yet cuz I'm happy with the Evil stock joystick. It is slightly longer than a stock ps5 which is good for aiming. The buttons are good for ising one hand. I can use a ps5 Access controller at the same time for my foot.

Confusing
The website is a little bit confusing when trying to find a specific controller. We're looking for a Xbox One controller the site keeps directing me to the newer model of Xbox controllers. But the site state that they had Xbox One controllers it was just very confusing trying to find what I was looking for after about 20 minutes I was able to find it. The controller does work great and it has everything that I wanted.

I love you guys
I've gotten, I think, at least 5 or 6 modded controllers from you over the years, and they allow me to play games still after my accident. It's actually something that my Occupational Therapist wants me to do daily (oh darn)

Setup is nice and simple, but understanding terminology...
Setup is nice and simple, but understanding terminology for ordering custom accessible parts or add ons for a bit confusing. I misunderstood some terms and glad I didn't assume I had it set it the way I needed and triple checked by watching videos. Thank you for offering a product like this to disabled gamers. Consider offering huge discounts or donation of these to disabled veterans? I think alot of people would love to get behind that

Customer support is kind and fairly responsive, a little slow sometimes but always gets back to you, for the most part a fairly smooth experience and would order from them again.
