XBOX LIVE'S BROADCAST TO NOT ALL COUNTRIES?
Found this information to be very interesting. I found it interesting due to the fact that I assumed because the internet is everywhere anybody with an XBOX could log in and play. However it seems that Microsoft only allows the service in certain countries. They have just announced the addition of Russia, Columbia and a few more. What gets me why would this be regulated?
