Treyarch just keep spilling the beans on Black Ops 3, which is great because the game sounds like it’s going to be a lot different to previous games developed by them. Recently, Treyarch gave details on the Black Ops 3 Pick 10 system, ADS mechanics and more.
In Black Ops 2, the Pick 10 system was hugely praised by the COD community. Thankfully the Pick 10 system will be returning to Black Ops 3. Everything is mostly the same with the Pick 10 system, but there have been a few changes made to the way it works.
Firstly, the Wildcards will still be in Black Ops 3. Players can equip up to six different Wildcards but each Wildcard will take up a certain amount of points as per usual.
Interestingly, the entire attachment system will be different in Black Ops 3. Weapon optics are now placed in their own separate slot. If you use the right Wildcards you can equip up to five attachments onto a primary weapon, as well as an optic. Secondary weapons can have up to two attachments

Although we may not be getting the Marcus Fenix Collection like we originally thought, a standard HD remaster of the first Gears of War game may actually be coming to Xbox One soon.
A report was released late last week by Polygon that suggested Microsoft are working on a HD remaster of the original Gears of War game. Whilst the reports come from sources that aren't completely trustworthy, it would make sense that an HD remaster of GoW was in the works.
So many rumors have been circulating about a Gears of War remaster and sometimes even officials that have worked on Gears of War have chipped in. It’s a shame that it may only be the first Gears of War title, but it would still be good to see Gears of War breathe new light on the Xbox One.
According to the same sources, the Gears of War HD Remaster will include better lighting and improved texture quality, so it won't just be a port with enhanced resolution. However, it's possible the remaster will be displayed at 1080P,

Whilst a lot of information about Black Ops 3 has been released officially, there is still a lot that Treyarch are waiting to reveal. Luckily, some details have already leaked, including details about the different DLC packs that will be in Black Ops 3.
Black Ops 3 will have 4 different DLC packs, all of which will be part of the season pass. As usual, the season pass can be purchased up front and will cost considerably less than it would to purchase each of the DLC packs separately as they are released.
Unfortunately we do not have details about what content will be in the Black Ops 3 DLC packs, although it could be possible that not even Treyarch are 100% sure at this point. Considering the full game hasn't even gone gold yet, it would make sense that DLC plans are not completely confirmed at this point.
If previous Call of Duty games are anything to go by, we can expect new maps from the DLC packs, along with new weapons and maybe some extra gun camos. There may

I'm actually quite excited about the singleplayer for Call of Duty Black Ops 3, but what's equally as exciting is the new changes being made to the multiplayer.
The multiplayer is of course where the majority of players will be spending most of their time, so if you are like me you are probably wondering about the different maps that will be available at launch.
Fortunately, a few details on the maps in Black Ops 3 have already been shared, along with some other multiplayer information. We only have details about three different maps so far, but that's more than enough to keep us patiently waiting a little bit longer for more information.
The known map details are provided below.
Hunted: A Mid to long range engagement map with a waterfall in the middle allowing for swimming mechanics
Combine: A tight, close quarters map allowing for SMG's and shotguns to dominate with a risky wall running spot.
Stronghold: A snowy/icy based map in the foothills

Halo has always been a big Xbox seller, so it's not really surprising that Microsoft and 343 Industries are planning to release a limited edition Halo 5 themed Xbox One console that will come with a copy of the upcoming game.
So far we have very few details about the limited edition Halo 5 console, although we know that it is definitely coming. The news was revealed on Twitter by Josh Holmes, the studio head for Halo 5: Guardians.
Details about the limited edition console are bound to come at some point closer to the release of Halo 5. We'll be able to find out about how much the Halo 5 themed console will cost and also what it will look like. It makes sense that the console will be available on the same day Halo 5: Guardians is, which is October 27. Pre-orders for the console should hopefully open a little earlier than October 27.
Two other limited edition versions of Halo 5: Guardians have already been confirmed, with details about those being more beefy. The first

You may have felt like Call of Duty Advanced Warfare took a few too many pages from Titanfall's book, but apparently Black Ops 3 is going to be taking some more pages. Treyarch has officially revealed some details about Black Ops 3, including information about a special wall running ability that will be in the game.
Just like in Titanfall, to wall run in Call of Duty Black Ops 3 you will need to approach a wall at an angle to begin wall running. You will have an invisible "energy" meter, and once this runs out, you will come back off of the wall and land on the ground. Leaping between walls can increase your energy meter, so you could potentially keep wall running for a lengthy period of time.
Treyarch have always been great at creating multiplayer maps, so let's hope they can create some maps that allow players to really make good use of the new wall running ability.
Call of Duty Black Ops 3 will also have a new swimming mechanic. Players will now be able to cross

Slightly Mad Studios has just released a bunch of information about Project Cars in anticipation for it's launch next month. According to the development team, Project Cars will come with 30 different locations and there will be 110 different courses spread out across these locations.
All of the locations and race tracks in Project Cars have been based on places in the real world, and from what we've seen so far Slightly Mad Studios has done a good job to replicate these locations using incredible detail.
Whilst a lot of the race tracks are unique spots, some tracks are slight variations of the same race course. For example, the Sakito circuit in Japan has four layouts including GP, National, International and Sprint. Each of these layouts count as a separate track out of the 110 tracks that will be in the base game when Project Cars launches.
It's surprising that Project Cars has been delayed so many times since it was first announced but this new information about

For the most part Mortal Kombat X has been released without too many problems but it seems nowadays you can't have a game release without some kind of bugs or issues. Fortunately, NetherRealm Studios has been working round the clock to ensure everything is as smooth as possible.
Recently, the 1.02 patch was applied to Mortal Kombat for the PC, Xbox One and PS4 and it brings a number of changes and bug fixes to the game.
Perhaps the biggest noticeable changes to Mortal Kombat X in 1.02 are some tweaks to general gameplay and certain character’s move sets. Below the major game changes have been listed.
General - Throws (regular or command grabs) will no longer sometimes connect on a grounded reacting opponent off a counter hit
Shinnok (Impostor) - He can now control the location of a stolen Goro Stomp.
Subzero (Grandmaster) - Combos on a grounded opponent frozen by the Ice Klone will now scale properly.
Takeda (Ronin) - Added a new move "Quick Kall"

A whole bunch of new information about Star Wars Battlefront has been revealed by DICE, including details about when the game is going to be released. So far, we have yet to see any true in-game footage, but a very impressive in-engine trailer was released alongside the information that DICE has shared.
First thing's first, the release date for Star Wars Battlefront has been set for an unspecified day in November. The new Battlefront game will be available for PS4, Xbox One and PC when it releases.
DICE also revealed that Battlefront will run at 60 frames per second and all local game modes will support split screen play. Unfortunately there will be no split screen support for online modes. The local mode that will support split screen play is called Missions and this is a game mode that puts human players against a team of bots. Similarly to Titanfall, Star Wars Battlefront will not have any singleplayer campaign so the Missions mode will be the only option players will have

According to a Reddit user, a bunch of information about Mass Effect 4 has been shared to select members of the public as part of an online survey. We can't confirm the legitimacy of the information the Reddit user or the survey provided, but there's definitely a lot of information to delve into.
Here is a portion of the information that the survey shared.
Premise: Set in the Helius Cluster of the Andromeda Galaxy, removed by time and space from the Mass Effect "Commander Shepard" trilogy and its ending. Play as a "Pathfinder" explorer leading expedition with the aim of establishing new home for humanity.
