Over last week, a teaser website popped up, teasing something in relation to Halo 5: Guardians. At the time, no details were given about what the website was for. The website simply provided a countdown, and presented the phrase "Hunt the Truth." Since then, the countdown has reached zero, and we now have access to what seems to be the first in a series of podcasts related to the story of the Halo universe.
Instead of getting a team of developers to delve into the story of Halo, the podcast plays a transcript from a fictional war journalist, named Ben Giraud. In the first episode, Giraud goes a little bit into how the Master Chief has saved humanity, and how he is a living legend.
Throughout the first episodic podcast, Giraud goes on to explain his quest to write the ultimate biography of the Master Chief, however along the way, he started to find a series of concerning details about the Chief.
Because of these new details, Giraud has now set out to learn the truth

I've got the exact news you've been wanting to hear. Coffee Stain Studios have announced that Goat Simulator will be coming to the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One. Worthy of more than a few game of the year awards, Goat Simulator is an incredibly realistic simulation game that gives you an unprecedented view into the life of a goat.
There are just no other animal sims out there that quite match the prowess of Goat Simulator, and Microsoft made a very good choice allowing Coffee Stain Studios to bring it to the Xbox One and the Xbox 360.
If you've seen the game, you'll of course no everything above is just a little far from the truth. Goat Simulator is actually a strangely put together sandbox game that gives you access to a world of physics based environments. The whole fun of Goat Simulator is to basically see what kind of crazy things you can make happen with a goat and a world of objects that react crazily when hit into.
The game is filled with all sorts of glitches, but

Whether or not you're okay with the dozens of dollars worth of DLC content in Evolve generally comes down to how you feel about the whole practice of selling you content after the game has been completed, but it's not just Evolve that features staggering amounts of paid-for content.
In fact, Team Ninja have recently released details on what new downloadable content will be available in their latest remaster for new gen consoles. I'm of course talking about Dead or Alive 5 Last Round, the game that is a remake of Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate, which is coincidentally a remake of Dead or Alive 5.
I'm sure you can see what I'm getting at here. Even though Dead or Alive 5 Last Round is not going for full retail on either the PlayStation 4 or the Xbox One, the game does include just under $93 worth of DLC.
Fortunately, practically all of the DLC available is only cosmetic skins and costumes for characters, similarly to a lot of the content players can pay for in Evolve. The $93

"No one is gonna be disappointed" is the exact words you’d expect to hear from a marketing manager, and it's exactly what XBOX EMEA social marketing manager Graeme Boyd said in a recent podcast over at Rectify Gaming in reference to Forza Motorsport 6. However, I think we do have enough reason to believe him.
Whist Boyd wasn't kind enough to give up a release date for Forza 6, he did mention that "There will be lots of Forza news to come, and Turn 10 in particular is good at communicating with the community when they have stuff to talk about."
Hopefully this means that leading up to the release of Forza 6, we'll see a lot of great content, including gameplay reveals, juicy high-res screenshots and more for us to feast our eyes upon. Even though Boyd did not mention a planned release date, in another podcast, Aaron Greenberg did list Forza among a variety of games that will be making it's way to the Xbox One this holiday season.
It's certainly true that Xbox has a great

Well I bet this question was on the minds of several gamers, and might even have been sought by many. We already got both versions for several games including Call of Duty Ghosts and Assassin's Creed 4, so would it really be surprising to get a next gen port for GTA 5?
I mean no official news has been announced yet, and maybe even Rockstar is assessing the situation but we all thought at a point that GTA5 might be released for the next gen consoles. A big reason why a lot of us actually still hold on to our current games is also the fact that GTA5 was released on them.
During a recent interview with Lazlow, one the franchise mainstays, he responded to the question about whether gamers would see GTA5 on the next gen consoles. To this he responded with, "[they] haven't announced anything yet" followed by a wink which Lazlow explained was just a momentary reaction to a "seizure."
I mean at a point it is sort of inevitable. The new consoles

Last August Microsoft revealed their indie development program for the Xbox One, and now they the first batch of games are scheduled to release from the early next year. ID@Xbox director Chris Charla told Edge that Microsoft has 32 studios currently working on indie titles for the Xbox One. Charla said, "I think it will be early in the New Year, in the first three months. I would say closer to the third month."
Charla added that many of the games have been in development for months, "Some developers started developing for Xbox One, others already had games in development and are working on Xbox One versions. I would say they're at all stages of development, honestly. Other ID@Xbox developers however are waiting to gain access

If you haven't watched the GTA V Online trailer already, go watch it! If you have, then I expect you are just as excited as me!
First things first though- some have been a little confused at the whole GTA V Online thing. The trailer has made it to sound like some kind of standalone game, but Rockstar have cleared things up. GTA V Online will be accessible from any standard GTA V and won't require a code, a subscription or any kind of money to access.
However, the online multiplayer portion of GTA V won't be available until October 1st. This means that if you get the game at launch or before October, you won't be able to play online with your buddies and will only be able to play single-player.
The reason for this is most likely that Rockstar wants to spend two more weeks truly polishing up the multiplayer experience so that it arrives in tip top condition for all of us to play how Rockstar wanted us to play it.
If you've watched both gameplay trailers,

As expected, Microsoft has now made Assassin's Creed 2 available to download for free for a limited period of time. This game is part of the "Games with Gold" program that is strictly for Xbox Live users with a Gold membership.
The Games with Gold program seems to be Microsoft's way of challenging PlayStation's PS Plus subscription service that has offered free games since launch. Many also believe that Microsoft are doing the Games with Gold campaign to try and claw back any customers they may have lost at their terrible pre-E3 event.
Although Assassin's Creed 2 is pretty old now, it still stands as a good, enjoyable game, and when not for free, can cost $20 to download digitally from the Xbox marketplace. However second copies from retailers such as Gamestop are probably selling the game for less than $10, and perhaps even less than $5 depending on the demand for the old game.
Players have so far managed to grab Fable III, Defense Grid: The Awakening and Assassin's Creed

If you didn't know already, Microsoft revealed at E3 that Gold members will now be eligible to two free Xbox 360 games each month. There wasn't really much information on how this new promotion works, although some keen-eyed Gold members had already spotted that Fable 3 was up for grabs for free before Microsoft even announced the new promotion.
To clear a few things up, Microsoft has now given a few new details on their promotion, stating that "As our way of saying thanks, we're giving all active Gold members two bonus Xbox 360 games each month for the rest of the year. Each specially selected, fan-favorite game will be available to download only for a limited time, so grab them before they're gone and keep them no matter what."
A new game will be available on the 1st and the 16th of the month for free for a limited time, and every Gold member that downloads the game will then be able to play the game for free forever, even if there Gold membership runs

New Dishonored DLC
A new downloadable content pack for Dishonored has been announced, and its release date is slated for April 16th 2013.
The new DLC has been named the Knife of Dunwall and will be the second DLC pack for Dishonored, adding more content onto the base gameplay.
In the Knife of Dunwall, players will play as the fiends that made acquaintance with the protagonist earlier in the game in his quest for revenge. You'll play specifically as an assassin named Daud as he seeks forgiveness for his evil actions, taking the game to brand new locations, filled with new enemies, environments and objectives, as well as a whole host of new skills to
