E3: Twitch eSports Arena Announced at E3

Twitch, the popular video game streaming service, has taken to the stage at E3 to announce a brand new Twitch esports arena.

The brand new arena will be sponsored by T-Mobile and will be available for viewing on Twitch.tv/twitchesports.

During the E3 event, three games have been picked out for the esports arena at E3. The first game will be Street Fighter V - this event will take place on June 13 and will start at 12PM and will run throughout the day. Notable players for this event include Punk, Snake Eyez, Smug, and NYChrisG.

On June 14, Tekken 7 will be the next game to be hosted at the Twitch esports E3 arena. This event will also start at 12PM and will end at 8PM. Notable players for this event include Bronson, Anakin, P Ling, and Brawlpro.

Finally, on June 15, an Injustice 2 esports event will be hosted at the Twitch esports E3 arena from 12-5PM. Notable players for this event include Noble Dragon, Pig of the Hut, and BioHazard.

At 5:30 PM, the USA team for the Overwatch world cup will be announced and a four-game match between team USA and team Canada will take place.

Will you be tuning in to see any of these Twitch esports events? This is more of a community effort by Twitch to host a small event during E3, as opposed to a large scale esports tournament, but it'll be interesting to see if this event by Twitch runs smoothly.
