Despite Naughty Dog recently putting a lot of effort into The Last of Us Remastered for the PlayStation 4, they still have been working on plans for more The Last of Us content, namely new DLC.
However, unlike the first DLC pack, any future content for The Last of Us will be exclusive to multiplayer, leaving the main story untouched.
Whilst the story of The Last of Us is it's main selling point, it makes sense that Naughty Dog don't want to water it down with DLC content that isn't perhaps too related to the main story, and any extra multiplayer content will most likely be appreciated.
When asked about DLC, community strategist for Naughty Dog, Arne Meyer stated that "We just wanted to say when we released the Remastered version, we know there's a lot of DLC out there, and that we weren't going to stop supporting both the PS3 and PS4 versions. We do have some DLC planned [but] it'll be multiplayer-focused. We're not ready to talk about the details yet, but throughout

The GTA Online content creator has done itself proud. Ever since it's launch, players have been creating their very own content to keep themselves entertained within the world of GTA Online. Occasionally, we'll see some super great jobs from the content creator, and these often end up becoming Rockstar verified, meaning that they get thrown into the pool of jobs Rockstar have created themselves.
This week, 10 new jobs have been added to the Rockstar verified section, including a bunch of missions related to the recent Hipster content update. Below, details of the various new jobs can be seen.
1. Dubsta Warz - created by Darteyld: Put the climbing ability of your new Dubsta to the test in this point-to-point Race where roads are for the weak. Starting out on Chumash Beach, get to the edge of the Grand Senora Desert as the crow flies, crossing mountains and scaling vertiginous slopes under twilight.
2. The 80's Turf War - created by GAMRZ_UK_SLiCkZ3: This neighborhood

No, I'm not kidding - Guerrilla Games have just released a brand new DLC pack that will allow players to fart on their fallen enemies. The new "Fun & Games Spotlight Pack" for Killzone Shadowfall was recently released for the PlayStation 4, and it comes with a wide range of benefits.
Along with being able to perform farts at will, players who purchase and download the Fun & Games Spotlight Pack for Killzone Shadowfall will also be able to perform other 'comedy actions' such as planking and strange humiliating moves that should help bring the rage out in your enemies.
The new actions have been called spotlight moves, and they can all be accessed by purchasing the $2 Fun & Games Spotlight DLC pack.
I've noticed a lot of gamers and critics seem to be a bit disappointed with the whole idea, but personally I see nothing wrong with it. Players do not have to spend a penny on these Spotlight moves, and unlike other DLC content out there, purchasing the Spotlight

The divide between last gen and current gen consoles has been a problem for many. It's stopped friends from playing with one another, forced developers to develop for multiple platforms, and overall it's been a transition that's slow and frustrating to go through.
Despite this, it isn't entirely possible for developers to make the multiplayer portion of the games compatible with one another. For example, Final Fantasy: A Realm Reborn already combines both PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 players into the same server.
However, the reasons behind a lack of cross-platform support is rarely down to technicalities, and usually more to do with player equality and fairness. This is certainly the case with Bungie, who have recently confirmed that cross-platform play wasn't going to happen with Destiny.
Whilst it is possible to allow PS3 players to play alongside those on a PS4, Bungie don't want PS3 players to feel like they have a considerable disadvantage over PS4 players

At QuakeCon this month Bethesda and Id Software finally got round to showcasing the brand new Doom game. The fourth title in the franchise, simply named DOOM, will be released for the PlayStation 4, the Xbox One and the PC, and is planned to run at 60FPS at a 1080P resolution.
Around 10 minutes of gameplay footage of DOOM was shown off at QuakeCon, and within that time there was a lot to take in. It looks as if DOOM will be a very fast paced experience, offering players a great level of agility whilst holding and using weapons.
In fact, DOOM isn't just fast paced like many run n' gun first person shooters currently available; Id software seem to have taken it to the next level. Marty Stratton, the executive producer at Id Software, stated that, "Doom is an origin game, about fast, fast paced combat. It's about amazing guns and blood and gore and gibs. It's the Doom game that we want to make and what you want to play."
DOOM is shaping up to what sounds to be an incredibly

It's been a while since the remake was announced, but Oddworld New N' Tasty, a revised HD version of the 1997 PlayStation One classic Abe's Oddysee has finally been released on the PlayStation 4 this week.
Oddworld New N' Tasty has been in development for a fair amount of time now, and despite previously being rumored to be a launch window game for the PlayStation 4, it's only till now that the game has been released.
Oddworld New N' Tasty is a 2D platformer with a very dark story and background that follows the character of Abe, a slave working at a RuptureFarms meat factory. Abe ends up learning RuptureFarms plans to use Abe and his fellow slave workers as meat for the factory, and the story then follows his attempts to break himself and the other slaves free.
Whilst Oddworld New N' Tasty has only just been released for the PlayStation 4 this week, the HD remake will also make it to other consoles shortly, including the Wii U, the Xbox One, PC, and Mac.

It's great when developers release full, unedited gameplay content instead of sending out scripted CGI trailers for their upcoming games, and this is exactly what Ubisoft have done with Rainbow Six Siege by releasing a 24 minute video of the game in action.
Within the 24 minutes, two full games of hostage rescue are played out, allowing viewers to get a good understanding of the game and what sets it apart from other current FPS games.
At the start of each Hostage Rescue game in the 24 minute video, players begin with a construction phase. For the criminal team, the construction phase involves reinforcing a certain building, whilst the Rainbow Six team must use their time to view the area via remote controlled drones.
After the game starts up, you'll see some pretty interesting gameplay from the Rainbow Six team, and I think that a lot of gamers will be drawn in by this. In Rainbow Six Siege, it looks like team strategy, communication and tactics will come in much more

A Destiny bundle featuring a white PlayStation 4 has already been officially confirmed by many retailers across the globe, but recently Sony revealed plans to sell the white version of the console separately from the Destiny bundle after the game launches later this year.
According to Shuhei Yoshida, Sony plan to release the 'glacier white' PlayStation 4 console as a standalone product shortly after Destiny is released, so if you're not interested in Destiny but like the idea of a bright white PS4 console, you'll be able get your hands on it with just a little patience.
"In Europe, we're going to launch the bundle with Destiny on September 9th, but after that, later this year, we're going to release the white standalone PS4 as well in Europe," Yoshida mentioned.
Oddly, Sony have not yet made any comments about a white PS4 console bundle being released in any other territories, but it would seem odd to limit it specifically to Europe. At E3 earlier this year, Sony announced

The next DLC pack for Titanfall has just been announced by Respawn Entertainment, and like other packs released for the game so far, the new DLC will come with a range of new gameplay content.
The upcoming Titanfall DLC has been named Frontier's Edge, and it will include three brand new maps to the game's current map roster. So far, a release date has not been revealed for Frontier's Edge, however we do know the new DLC will cost players $9.99 if they wish to buy it.
Frontier's Edge is the second out of three paid DLC packs, all of which have been bundled into the season pass, which can currently be picked up for $24.99.
According to Respawn, Frontier's Edge will have three new maps that have a mixture of different environments, including Dig Site, an abandoned mining outpost, Haven, a beach resort perhaps similar to Lagoon, and Export, another mining site located on a mountain.
The first DLC pack for Titanfall was named Expedition, and released in May, so we

The latest Killer Instinct title for Xbox One has taken quite an odd approach to free-to-play, and in my opinion it has worked quite well. By featuring a rotation system similar to that found in popular MOBA League of Legends, players can get a taste of all the characters in Killer Instinct, and splash out on the game if they feel a certain attachment to a character they have had the chance to play.
To keep things interesting though, Iron Galaxy Studios have planned to throw in more characters into the roster, and once season 2 kicks off, Killer Instinct will see it's first set of new characters.
Probably the most interesting addition to season 2 will be Maya, a character that has only been seen in one other game in the franchise, Killer Instinct 2, back in 1996. Maya is an Amazonian warrior who banished the evil dark lord Gargos to become the queen of Amazonia.
The second character announced for season 2 was thought by many to be Cinder, a fire based fighter, but this
