Considering it is now so close to the release date of Advanced Warfare, it's expected that the internet is going to be filled with all sorts of leaked content from early release copies and other sources.
Fortunately for us, a lot of information about Advanced Warfare has been released over the last couple of weeks, and Sledgehammer Games are not happy about it. It's all good news for us though.
Whilst we don't have any footage to share with you today, we do have a bit of info to share about Advanced Warfare. For example, 13 maps for the game have been revealed, and we have the names for these maps below.
- Ascend
- Bio Lab
- Comeback
- Defender
- Detroit
- Greenland
- Horizon
- Instinct
- Recovery
- Retreat
- Riot
- Solar
- TerraceThere is also a section for bonus maps, which is currently empty. This is most likely a spot reserved for future DLC maps. I think 13 maps at launch is a nice

Microsoft have just announced a brand new controller for their Xbox One - it has been branded the Xbox One Mini controller, and as the name suggests, it's a lot smaller than the traditional Xbox One game pad.
The Xbox One Mini controllers looks like a thinner, shiner version of the Xbox 360 controller, and it will in black, green and a black green combo color. Whilst the price of the new controller has not yet been revealed, the release date has been set for October 17th.
The controller has been built by Power A, in co-operation with Microsoft, as an officially licensed Xbox One controller, however, in our eyes, it just doesn't look nice enough to warrant a purchase.
It's likely the new Power A officially licensed controller will be slightly cheaper to offer Xbox One players an opportunity to grab more pads on a budget, but when it comes to controllers, we feel it's important to go big or go home.
The new Power A controller will be wired, and no wireless option

Respawn Entertainment have now revealed all three maps for their upcoming third and final Titanfall DLC, IMC Rising, and by the sounds of it, season pass holders of the game are in for quite a treat.
The first map in the new IMC Rising DLC has been named Sand Trap, which features a network of trenches that are connected within a desert environment.
Map creator Chris Dionne mentioned that, "One of my main goals with Sand Trap was to use old ideas in new ways. In the center is a buried bunker inspired by the buried architecture in Fracture; this lets Titans stomp around above while pilots scurry below. Across the map are deep trenches that create a well-run highway for pilots; inspired by wall running in Rise they give quick and (relatively) safe routes across the map."
The second map for IMC Rising is a map focused on various levels of elevation and has been named Blackwater - this will be a map for those looking for some great 360 degrees jetpack-parkour combat.

Whilst Halo 2 will be getting the largest overhaul in the Master Chief Collection, it's not the only game that's going to be getting a graphical update. In fact, on top of the game supporting 1080P resolution at 60fps across the board for all singleplayer campaigns, Halo 3 has now been confirmed to have a set of new lighting effects and graphical changes that add a bit more detail to the game.
Whilst the changes aren't as significant as the changes seen in Halo 2, the game certainly looks a lot crisper, and on top of this it plays flawlessly at 60 frames per second, something that the developers have mentioned players will really be able to feel.
Along with the confirmation, 343 Industries and Microsoft hosted a new gameplay event to showcase the changes made in Halo 3.
It's really quite exciting to see the game being capable of running at such a high frame rate without any problems, and it's almost a shame it won't end up looking quite as good as Halo 2 will. Despite

For a while, we were unsure Advanced Warfare was ever going to come to last gen consoles, but now details have arisen to 100% confirm the presence of a last gen version of COD Advanced Warfare, which means players will be able to play the newest Call of Duty, even if they don't own a new console.
The development studio behind the last gen port of Advanced Warfare is High Moon, the same team behind a range of movie based Transformers games, and Deadpool which released in 2013.
There is definitely no doubting the creative potential of High Moon Studios, so it's likely the Advanced Warfare last gen port will be fairly spot on. Obviously one question that we all want answered is; what will the new gen have that the last gen won't?
Other than obvious graphical changes, it's unclear just what owners of the last gen version of Advanced Warfare will be missing out on. Gameplay-wise, it's likely there won't be that much difference, but there may be a few tweaks here and there

Activision has just announced it's release plans for the final DLC pack for Call of Duty Ghosts. The next DLC pack has been named Nemesis, and it has been scheduled for release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PC on September 4th.
The new Nemesis DLC pack will add a variety of new features, including three new multiplayer maps, a Call of Duty 4 multiplayer map remake, and the final Extinction co-op mode mission.
Once the Nemesis DLC pack has been released, it will be available for $14.99. The pack originally released earlier in August for the Xbox One and the Xbox 360 as part of a DLC timed exclusivity deal with Microsoft, however the September 4th date will be the first time the Nemesis DLC pack is made available on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PC.
The first multiplayer map, Goldrush is set inside of an abandoned gold mine in the southwest of the United States. Two mine carts travel across tracks laid throughout the mine which can be used by players to traverse

Sunset Overdrive has been seen as one of the most interesting and unique exclusives for the Xbox One so far, and it's clear that Microsoft don't want to let it's release go unnoticed. Along with a pretty decent marketing campaign following Sunset Overdrive, Microsoft may be teaming up with Insomniac Games to release a brand new Xbox One bundle to promote Insomniac's new game.
The new bundle will allegedly include a copy of Sunset Overdrive, along with a brand new white version of the Xbox One console. The bundle will also come with a white Xbox One controller, and a Kinect unit, which will still be black.
So far, we aren't too sure how likely it is that the Sunset Overdrive white Xbox One bundle will actually make it to retailers, as the only information we have on the new bundle is a product listing from a French online retailer by the name of Micromania, who have since removed the listing from their website.
If the new white Xbox One and Sunset Overdrive bundle is

The divide between last gen and current gen consoles has been a problem for many. It's stopped friends from playing with one another, forced developers to develop for multiple platforms, and overall it's been a transition that's slow and frustrating to go through.
Despite this, it isn't entirely possible for developers to make the multiplayer portion of the games compatible with one another. For example, Final Fantasy: A Realm Reborn already combines both PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 players into the same server.
However, the reasons behind a lack of cross-platform support is rarely down to technicalities, and usually more to do with player equality and fairness. This is certainly the case with Bungie, who have recently confirmed that cross-platform play wasn't going to happen with Destiny.
Whilst it is possible to allow PS3 players to play alongside those on a PS4, Bungie don't want PS3 players to feel like they have a considerable disadvantage over PS4 players
