One of the most well known competitive Call of Duty players is taking a break from the pro circuit, and he shall be stepping out of any competitive Advanced Warfare tournaments for the time being. Nadeshot, who has been on Optic gaming for a while now, has stated that his break is related to various personal choices in his life.
Nadeshot is now a co-owner in Team Optic, and he believes that by stepping out of the pro circuit, he can focus on finding a more determined player to fill his spot. Nadeshot did mention that he would like to return to competitive Call of Duty, most likely after the next Call of Duty titles is released. However, for the time being, Nadeshot has revealed that he “Just needs some time to step back and pursue other things that he's passionate about."
Nadeshot continued to talk about how his drive and passion just isn’t as strong as it needs to be. Even though Optic has won the past 3 out of 5 major tournaments, Nadeshot's mindset entering into these tournaments

Some new playlist changes have gone ahead in anticipation for the launch of the April update for The Master Chief Collection. The playlist changes include the introduction of Team Doubles, as well as a few other changes across the board.
Team Doubles is a pretty popular playlist that has been around since Halo 2, and it includes a variety of different game modes that can be played with 2 players on each team. The new Team Doubles playlist in The Master Chief Collection will include Halo 2 Classic, Halo 2 Anniversary, Halo 3 and Halo 4 maps.
Other changes include small tweaks to team sizes. For example, Combat Evolved team games now have 2 players on each team, instead of 2-3 players. 343 Industries have also been clear about their playlist plans for the future. The development team has revealed that they would like to add more playlists that give players a battle rifle at the start of the game, and they've expressed their interest in more team objective style playlists.

We all know a new Gears of War game is coming, there's no doubt about it. It's one of the few franchises that really helped to serve the Xbox 360 a great deal of popularity, and many fans are ready to see a new Gears game.
Whilst we haven't really had any full official details about Gears of War 4, we'll occasionally hear bits of information from developers working on the game, and that is exactly what happened this week.
Whilst the Gears of War Marcus Fenix collection was unfortunately confirmed as a false rumor by Black Tusk's producer Rod Fergusson, he did mention that they may have something special to show us at E3 later this year.
To follow on with that, Jack Felling a developer at Black Tusk Studios, shared an image on Twitter that had the caption "Last day of the shoot... One of the actors in a mocap suit! #MotionCapture #Props #MarkerBalls @GearsofWar"
It's clear that Black Tusk have been working on a new Gears of War game, and the latest news suggesting

As part of a celebration on the 20th anniversary stream on Nico Nico, three more characters have been confirmed for Tekken 7, and they will be making their way into the game at various points throughout 2015.
Two of the three characters are returning favorites, whilst one is a completely brand new character named Josie Rizal. Not much information has been shared about Josie, although it has been confirmed that her nationality is filipino. The release date for Josie Rizal has not yet been set, and Bandai Namco have simply stated that she will be added to the game "soon."
For those that are aware of Filipino history, you'll know that the name Josie Rizal is way too similar to Jose Rizal for it to be a coincidence. Jose Rizal is considered a national hero in the Philippines and lived in the 1800s.
The other two characters are two favorites that we all expected to see in Tekken 7 a lot sooner. The first is Jin Kazama, and the second is Devil Jin. Whilst Josie does not yet

Even though the Dragon Age: Inquisition Jaws of Hakkon DLC was released last week for Xbox One, BioWare has revealed details on when the DLC will be coming to other platforms, including the PlayStation 4.
According to BioWare via Twitter, the Jaws of Hakkon DLC will be available for all other supported consoles sometime in May. This includes the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
The reason BioWare could not reveal details about the Jaws of Hakkon coming to other consoles earlier was because their exclusivity contract with Microsoft prevented them from doing so.
In a Q&A session on Kotaku, BioWare's general manager, Aaryn Flynn revealed details about how the timed exclusivity deal works.
"Jaws of Hakkon is a timed exclusive for the Xbox One and PC. This approach allowed for a lot of support from Microsoft and Origin in launching the DLC, so it did have that benefit for the team, and we appreciate the partnership," Aaryn mentioned. "However, as a timed

A new blog post has been posted by 343 Industries that details some changes that will be made to Halo: The Master Chief Collection in an upcoming patch. The new patch will be releasing in April as part of the "April Update," which will include new features to matchmaking and the game in general.
Whilst a lot of the major issues with the Master Chief Collection that were apparent at launch have now been fixed, there are still some problems with the game that 343 Industries are trying to iron out. These changes include adjustments to the different game modes across various games in the collection.
In the blog post it wrote, "Based on results and feedback, we'll be looking to update team sizes and player counts across existing and upcoming playlists, including Team Doubles, as we get closer to the next update. Lastly, SWAT and Team Snipers will both make a return into the rotation in the near future, and we'll continue to evaluate playlist data to determine which playlists become

If you're interested in trying out the new Rainbow Six game before it is released, you may want to go and head over to the Ubisoft website, as registration for the upcoming beta has officially opened.
The beta will be available on PS4, Xbox One and PC, unlike the previous alpha test that was exclusively for PC players. Whilst there are no details on how many players will get the chance to play the Rainbow Six Siege beta, there is certainly a limited number of spaces available, and players can increase their chances by answering certain questions on the registration page.
The registration page asks players about their experience with games in the past, as well as details about their rig if they are playing on PC, and general questions you'd expect to see from a closed beta registration.
Whilst this is an option for players to try Rainbow Six Siege without buying the game, players can also pre-order to get 100% guaranteed access into the beta. So far, no details have

Two new live action teaser trailers have been released for Halo 5, and they delve a little bit into what we can expect from the campaign in the upcoming game from 343 Industries. A lot of fans have been going pretty mad over the new trailers, and it's now very clear that Halo 5: Guardians is going to have a very dramatic twist to what we know of the Halo universe.
Both trailers depict the same scene, although one trailer shows it from the perspective of Agent Locke, a spartan that we have learned will be playable in Halo 5. The other trailer shows the scene from the perspective of the Master Chief.
In the first trailer, we see Agent Locke walking towards a battle-worn Master Chief. Locke talks a little about how the Master Chief was seen as a savior, but how he then lead to cause chaos and disaster. The trailer ends with Locke pointing a Magnum towards a weak, unresponsive Chief.
In the other instance of the trailer, the roles are reversed, and we can see the Master

This week Bethesda has straight up announced a brand new prequel to Wolfenstein the New Order. The prequel will be a standalone game, as opposed to DLC content, and it has been named Wolfenstein: The Old Blood.
As with The New Order, The Old Blood will put players in the shoes of B.J. Blazkowics as he fights his way through the game's Nazi antagonists. In the first mission, players will find themselves in Castle Wolfenstein, and they will be instructed to kill a maniacal prison warden.
The second mission will then take place in Wilfburg, where B.J. Blazkowics will come face to face with "obsessed Nazi archaeologist" who is exhuming mysterious artifacts that threaten to unleash a dark and ancient power.
The standalone prequel will only include the two missions listed above, so it's definitely a very short experience, so it's odd that Bethesda did not decide to offer it as part of an expansion to The New Order.
Wolfenstein The Old Blood is set to release on May

Thanks to a preview feature from a German magazine and a bunch of translators over at the NeoGaf forums, we now have a bunch more details about the Wither 3 in anticipation for it's launch.
There is so much information to go through, so we'll list some of the biggest reveals from the magazine. Firstly, the feature suggests that there will be two large cities, Novigrad and Oxenfurt, both of which will be bustling with life.
No Man's Land will feature 25 smaller towns and cities, and some of these will be around the same size of Flotsam from The Witcher 2.
Interestingly, the best items in The Witcher 3 must be crafted, and all equipped items will appear on Geralt in-game. Thankfully, they have gotten rid of the fist fighting quick time events, and it's been replaced with a fighting style similar to standard weapon fighting.
One quirky feature is that Geralt's beard will grow over time, and you can go to a barber to cut it's length. The HUD in The Witcher 3 will
