We have finally been given more information about the upcoming Fallout 76 beta across all platforms.

Bethesda has revealed some details about the beta and when we can expect to get access to it. Take a look at what we now know below.

Bethesda has announced that the Fallout 76 beta will come to the Xbox One first on October 23. One week later, the beta will be available for PlayStation 4 and PC players.

Bethesda has made it very clear that while they are excited to show people Fallout 76 for the first time, the beta is designed to be a stress test. As a result, the servers may go down, they may break, and there may be performance issues.

Bethesda also said that the servers will be going online at targeted timeframes so that Bethesda can get as many people online at once.

Bethesda says they will reveal the live server times at a later point, but the servers will be live between four and eight hours at a time.

What's exciting is that the beta will continue to go live up until a few days before the launch.

This means that even if you don't get access to the beta right away, you'll have a high chance to get the opportunity to play the beta at some point.

The beta is of course a work in-progress version of the game, which means there may be glitches in the game code, bugs, and potential crashes.

Bethesda are expecting many issues, some they already know about, and some they do not. So while this will be an incredible opportunity to get our hands on Fallout 76 for the first time, remember to taper your expectations - it won't be anything like the full launch.
