XBOX 360 rockstar New HD Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas gaming 720p

The game has debuted on the Xbox 360 this week, and it comes with a range of improvements to make the game slightly better than the original.

Firstly, the new GTA San Andreas HD has had a resolution increase, and the game now plays at 720P. Whilst it seems that Rockstar have simply upscaled the original textures, it's nice to see that the game will run smoothly on the Xbox 360 at a 720P HD resolution.

On top of upscaling the resolution, Rockstar have also increased the in-game draw distances, which will allow players to see more area of the map at once whilst playing.

Finally, with the debut to Xbox 360, Rockstar have added a bunch of achievements for the game that can be unlocked by playing through the story.

The new GTA Sand Andreas HD can be picked up for just $3.74 in North America, and £2.99 in the UK. If you haven't played San Andreas before, we think that there's no reason not to pick up this game.

The game was recently released on iPhone and Android, but it's lack of a decent control scheme easily make it a second pick when compared to the brand new HD version for Xbox 360.
