Just as every NBA fan sat quietly waiting to hear LeBron James' decision on what team he was choosing to sign with for the upcoming season, the video game world was waiting right alongside. The decision to join the Miami Heat will have a great impact on basketball video games. Chris Snyder, 2K Sports director of marketing, predicts that the Heat will be the No. 1 team for ranked games next year. LeBron James is joining Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade making the Heat a force to be reckoned with. NBA 2K 10's Living Rosters will not be getting another update, but the unit will be playable in multiplayer on Oct. 5th with the release of NBA 2K11.
