witcher 3 gwent cardsIt has recently been revealed that Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will receive some additional content that other platforms will not get access to. The extra content will only be available in the Xbox One collector's edition, which Projekt Red have mentioned quite a few times leading up to this date.

Unlike many other collector's editions available, the exclusive Xbox One content within the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be physical content, and will not add any additional content to the game.

If you're a big fan of the Witcher and are quite knowledgeable about the lore of the franchise, you may consider looking into getting the Xbox One version of collector's edition - the extra content it will include involves a real set of Gwent cards. There will be 150 cards in total, and this will allow players to play Gwent in real life. Those without the collectors edition will still be able to play Gwent digitally within the game, but I think it's pretty nifty that Projekt Red have gone the extra mile to bring the popular card game within The Witcher's lore to life.
