Battlefield 3's Beta is Looking Sharp and Fine

While it's a bit to early to claim Battlefield 3 to have a major lead over Modern Warfare 3, it is safe to say that it has a slight edge over its rival when it comes to an interface. You can see the images here, which while are unofficial and not endorsed by EA, they really show off what we will be interacting with a lot. And I have to say, it's very sleek and well thought out.

Thanks toBattlefieldo forum goers, they managed to show off some of multiplayer's options, win/lose screens and the options for the PC version of Battlefield 3. While it may not be the Xbox 360 or PS3 version, you have to admit that it's interface looks a bit more "friendly" when compared to Modern Warfare's past interfaces. But we will have to wait for Modern Warfare 3's screenshots and interface before a final judgement can be passed.

While we know Modern Warfare's interface to look realistic and gruff and have a in-the-field style, it seems that Battlefield is going for a technological "from-HQ-giving-orders-to-those-on-the-ground" interface look.
