Call of Duty Reigns Supreme

Halo 4 may have been released one week before Black Ops 2 but it remained in second place this Black Friday week in the amount of players online according to Major Nelson.

In that same top five bracket was Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 in fourth place trailing behind Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition.

The original Call of Duty: Black Ops sits at sixth place while Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 reigns at ninth place.

This type of domination by the Call of Duty series during the Black Friday week should question if Activision's and Treyarch's games will ever be touched by another franchise.

So far not even the great Master Chief or Battlefield can put a dent in this popular franchise.
