Fallout 76 Beta Now Live But Only At Specific Times

The Fallout 76 beta period has now started. Players on the Xbox One, PC and PS4 have been able to get online over the past few days to test out Fallout 76 for the first time.

Bethesda has chosen to do a different testing schedule than typical, however, making it more difficult to log in and play at various times.

Here is a look at the upcoming schedules for Fallout 76’s beta stage up until November 4.

● October 30: US Pacific - 4PM - 8PM
● November 1: US Pacific - 11AM - 4PM
● November 2: No servers live
● November 3: US Pacific - 2PM - 6PM
● November 4: US Pacific - 11AM - 6PM

The best time to get a lengthy play session during these dates is November 4. The beta will continue to run up until November 14. Bethesda will be publishing the times their betas go live on their social media accounts.

The reason why Bethesda is running small tests like this is because they want to stress test the servers under different conditions. The goal is to find as many bugs as possible so that they can fix them before the full release.

With this in mind, don’t get too frustrated if you can’t get online or you run into problems during the run up to the full Fallout 76 release. Even though there may be problems, Bethesda will not wipe any progress you make during the beta stage.

If you’d like to take part in the beta, you must pre-order the game from participating retailers, or directly via Bethesda’s website.
