Modes and Maps for GOW3 are now released to the general public to view.

Just recently, Epic Games unveiled the contents of Gears of War 3's multiplayer maps and modes for all their fans to see. A surprise to a lot of the fans of the series is the remastered version ofGears of War classic multiplayer map, Gridlock. Including Gridlock, the maps round out to ten multiplayer maps that will be included in the game.

All ten maps, which can be seen in the gallery here on Kotaku, will be playable all modes (versus, beast, and horde). The newly remade Gridlock will take place at night, will get a graphical upgrade, and new weapon spawn points. Epic then went on to say that they listened closely to the feedback from their public beta to refine the maps people got to play in the beta: Old Town, Thrashball and Trenches.

With ten maps coming out for it's release, it is likely that Gears of War 3 will have more maps as downloadable content in the near future like they did with their previous titles.
