Ellen McLain Will Be Voicing Characters in DOTA 2

Ellen McLain, who is known for voicing the Administrator in Team Fortress 2 and GlaDOS in the Portal series, will be returning to voice a couple of characters in DOTA 2 (according to an article on Joystiq). DOTA 2 (aka Defense of the Ancients, aka the reason why my homework was neglected in college) will be released sometime (read: Valve Time) in 2012.

In a recent interview, Ellen stated that she and her husband John Patrick Lowrie (who voices the Sniper in Team Fortress 2) will be voicing an assortment of characters for the upcoming game that was based off a Warcraft 3 mod. So far, two can confirm that they have done a good amount of the 100 characters made for the game.

You know, it wouldn't be a Valve game without recognizable voices like Ellen. And knowing Valve, they're going to sneak in a cake reference, I just know it.
