gta v heistsEven though the PC version of Grand Theft Auto V has been delayed once again, the release date for online heists have finally been locked down, and we will be seeing them in-game from March 10th onwards.

As you can imagine, Rockstar have quite a bit to say about the online heists, which have taken them months longer than they first anticipated to complete.

In a new statement on the Rockstar blog, it read -

"We are excited to announce that the launch of Heists for GTA Online is scheduled for March 10th. We know it's been a wait, and appreciate your patience. Heists will bring a brand new 4-player cooperative gameplay experience to GTA Online, giving players the chance to team up to pull off a string of intense, multi-part raids and robberies across Los Santos and Blaine County. Over the next couple of weeks, we will have more information about the launch of Heists and about other new features that we will release with it."

Hopefully Rockstar will reveal more details about how exactly heists will work online over the days leading up to the release of the new update. I personally cannot wait to see what kind of fun situations players will be able to get themselves into.

Heists were originally planned to launch alongside the release of GTA Online, but they were then delayed to later in on the year. We expected a release around Christmas last year, but once again they were delayed. It sounds Rockstar wanted to get the experience as perfect as possible, so let's hope they are great fun.
