If you remember back to near when The Master Chief Collection was released, you may recall 343 Industries announcing that they will be releasing ODST as part of the collection to say sorry for the game's launch problems.
Even though we haven’t heard anything about the remastered version of ODST for a while now, 343 Industries haven't stopped developing it. In fact, a new blog post has just been put up on the 343 Industries blog, detailing their progress with the ODST game and the state of the Master Chief Collection.
Firstly, 343 Industries have revealed that there will be a new update in April that will further improve the game and fix any issues that are still plaguing the game. 343 Industries have also shown off two images. One shows ODST in all it's glory, and the other shows the new Halo 2 remake planned for The Master Chief Collection. The remake is Relic, and it should be coming alongside ODST.
Unfortunately 343 did not reveal when ODST or Relic will be released,

According to new rumors, we can expect to see a very large new firmware update for the PlayStation 4 in March that will bring a range of new features to the system. The main source of these rumors comes from industry insider, Tidux, who has been well known to get his rumors right.
According to Tidux, the new firmware update will hit at the end of March, on or around the 29th of the month. Unfortunately, Tidux did not mention what new features will be released, other than "big features" are coming.
It is a shame Tidux could not go into more detail, so we can only speculate about what features could be released at the end of this month. There are still many features that are missing from the PlayStation 4 that could be added, and there are probably many more that Sony want to add that we've never heard of as well.
Some believe the new update could include the suspend/resume feature that was previously announced to release to combat the lack of DLNA on the PlayStation

Unfortunately, Sony has failed to release March's PlayStation Plus free games, and Sony has released a small statement explaining why this has happened.
According to Sony's Fred Dutton in a new PlayStation blog post, they have not managed to finalize the lineup in time for March, and it may be a little while before they are given the go ahead to release the free PS Plus titles.
"I appreciate you're all really keen to see the line-up and that it's frustrating having to hang on a bit longer than usual. Alas, we're still not quite ready to make the announcement."
"I can't give you a firm time at present as to when the post will go live, but we're working to get it to you as soon as possible. It may well be next week at this stage."
By the sounds of things, it is looking unlikely that we'll see the free games lineup in the few days of March, and we may even have to wait till the second week of March before the games are live. This is unfortunate, but Sony does need

Whether or not you're okay with the dozens of dollars worth of DLC content in Evolve generally comes down to how you feel about the whole practice of selling you content after the game has been completed, but it's not just Evolve that features staggering amounts of paid-for content.
In fact, Team Ninja have recently released details on what new downloadable content will be available in their latest remaster for new gen consoles. I'm of course talking about Dead or Alive 5 Last Round, the game that is a remake of Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate, which is coincidentally a remake of Dead or Alive 5.
I'm sure you can see what I'm getting at here. Even though Dead or Alive 5 Last Round is not going for full retail on either the PlayStation 4 or the Xbox One, the game does include just under $93 worth of DLC.
Fortunately, practically all of the DLC available is only cosmetic skins and costumes for characters, similarly to a lot of the content players can pay for in Evolve. The $93

Sony has just revealed their new lineup of free games for February, and players with a PS Plus subscription will now be able to head to the PSN store to download the new free games. As per usual, there are a variety of six games for free this month, two for each platform.
PS4 - Apotheon
Apotheon is a Greek mythology inspired platformer game filled with lots of button mashing combat. The game was originally released as an arcade title for the PS4, and it is fairly new.
PS4 - Transistor
Transistor is a sci-fi themed action RPG game made by the same developers responsible for Bastion. The city environment in Transistor is pretty epic, and there is a good few dozen hours worth of content to be played in the game.
PS3 - Yakuza 4
Yakuza 4 is an action adventure game developed by SEGA. It features various different mini games and modes related to fighting opponents. There is a bit of a backstory to Yakuza 4 that has been handed down through the franchise

The first DLC pack for Call of Duty Advanced Warfare has finally arrived on the Xbox, and it can now be picked up for both the Xbox One and the Xbox 360 as part of an early access deal. The Havoc DLC will also be released for the PC and the PlayStation consoles at some point in February.
The new Havoc DLC pack comes with a wide range of new content, including four brand new maps, and the anticipated exo zombies survival co-op mode.
The four maps included in the Havoc DLC are Sideshow, Core, Urban and Drift. Sideshow is a shanty town built within a cargo ship. Core is within a large drilling station, and Drift is a small sized snow town. Finally, Urban is a packed city area.
Before the Havoc DLC was officially released, two new weapons were also put out as part of the Havoc DLC pack. Season pass players were able to take hold of the weapons in the Havoc DLC earlier in the year. The weapons included a new laser AE4 Widowmaker rifle, and a direct variation of the same

In anticipation of the release of the new Havoc DLC planned for the end of January, Call of Duty Advanced Warfare developers, Sledgehammer Games, have just released a new trailer for the upcoming Exo Zombies game mode, which will be made available as part of the upcoming DLC.
Interestingly, the trailer shares a bit of a backstory into why there is a sudden zombie outbreak, and why a group of soldiers are attempting to hold off the relentless hordes. In the trailer, the story is explained -
"Untrained and unprepared, four Atlas employees must survive a horror unlike any other. John Malkovich, Bill Paxton, Rose McGowan, and Jon Bernthal star in Exo Zombies, coming to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare DLC in 2015."
It seems as if the zombies mode will be released as an episodic co-operative multiplayer mode. Whilst we aren't entirely sure, it would make sense to assume that each episode of the zombies mode will release alongside each piece of DLC for Call of Duty Advanced

The months leading up to the Holiday season are always pretty hectic, but for major tech manufacturers like Microsoft, things get incredibly crazy. With the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 currently fighting for the top spot, Microsoft had a lot to do to manage to get an upper hand on Sony's new console.
One way Xbox managed to do this was by pushing for more deals and better bargains, and over the black Friday weekend, Microsoft managed to rake in a huge amount of sales thanks to their discounts around the globe, and this actually helped them to secure the most sold console units for that month.
It isn't going to stop at black Friday either - Microsoft have learned that good deals make sales, and in tune with this they have regularly been putting up discounts on their consoles, and most recently, their first party titles, and some selected third party games as well.
Firstly, digital copies of both Destiny and Call of Duty Advanced Warfare have been put up for just $19.99,

So a new gameplay trailer of Uncharted 4 was just released, and the internet has been taken aback by how amazing the game currently looks. Personally, I'm not all that surprised at the quality of the fourth Uncharted installment, and I'll tell you why.
Every time Naughty Dog have released a new game, their attention to detail has always been on point - they managed to release the Last of Us on the PS3 and make it look incredible, and every Uncharted release has always been miles ahead of every other game released in it's time in terms of graphical integrity.
This time round, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End certainly looks like the best game the PlayStation 4 will have to offer, and everything from the sweat on Drake's back, to the pores in his face are textured by hand, and it's just phenomenal how Naughty Dog continue to amaze with the quality of their games.
Something that really got me interested about the latest gameplay video was the amazing combat - it seems every

After the controversy behind Assassins' Creed Unity, it's no surprise that many gamers are starting to worry about any games released by Ubisoft at this point, and it seems to have scared many people away from buying into the Crew, a new upcoming new gen racing game.
Whilst the Crew has been in development for a long time and has even been pushed back so that Ubisoft can polish the quality of it, many people are still worried about any bugs that may be preset at launch.
Ubisoft on the other hand seem pretty confident that there is nothing to worry about, and they have even mentioned that the Crew will be launched without any game-breaking bugs. This seems to be majorly down to the open beta stages of the Crew, something that Assassin's Creed Unity did not have.
"For The Crew, we've reaped the benefits of a long term beta program, designed specifically to push our infrastructure as far as possible in real world situations, with thousands of players from all over the
