Out of nowhere Treyarch has just announced that Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be coming this year. The developer also released a small teaser trailer showing very little of anything besides the Black Ops logo.
Fortunately the teaser trailer does give us more information about when we can expect to hear more about Black Ops 3. According to the new trailer, there will be a worldwide reveal on Sunday, April 26.
So far, we haven’t seen any gameplay of Black Ops 3 and we don’t really know what to expect. The last title in the game was from Sledgehammer Games and this was the first time the development studio created a Call of Duty game without any external help. Some players seem quite excited to look forward to a new Black Ops title, whilst others are wishing Activision chose to go for a different Call of Duty era.
Considering Treyarch is still going down the futuristic Black Ops arch, it could be possible that the upcoming Black Ops title will come with some of the game

It's exciting times indeed - EA has just announced that they will be hosting some player tests next week for the new Star Wars: Battlefront and anybody can sign up for the chance to play test the game. The sign up page is online but players will need to be in either Burnaby, British Columbia or Redwood City, CA for next Friday.
Two studios will be hosting the playtest event, including EA Redwood Shores and EA Canada, and whilst there are two playtest events happening, EA has not disclosed how many play testers will be invited to the event.
We are pretty sure that the number of play testers allowed will be very limited, so if you are interested in trying it and are in either Burnaby or Redwood City then we would definitely suggest signing up whilst you still can.
Unfortunately, those who play test the game will need to sign a nondisclosure agreement so the public won't be seeing any gameplay just yet. This play test does show that the game is in some kind of playable

We all know a new Gears of War game is coming, there's no doubt about it. It's one of the few franchises that really helped to serve the Xbox 360 a great deal of popularity, and many fans are ready to see a new Gears game.
Whilst we haven't really had any full official details about Gears of War 4, we'll occasionally hear bits of information from developers working on the game, and that is exactly what happened this week.
Whilst the Gears of War Marcus Fenix collection was unfortunately confirmed as a false rumor by Black Tusk's producer Rod Fergusson, he did mention that they may have something special to show us at E3 later this year.
To follow on with that, Jack Felling a developer at Black Tusk Studios, shared an image on Twitter that had the caption "Last day of the shoot... One of the actors in a mocap suit! #MotionCapture #Props #MarkerBalls @GearsofWar"
It's clear that Black Tusk have been working on a new Gears of War game, and the latest news suggesting

Bungie have revealed details to release a new patch that will add new content and create a stepping stone between now and the House of Wolves DLC planned for later this year. All details for the update have not yet been given, but Bungie have revealed a number of features we can expect to see when the update is released.
The new update details, as seen on Bungie's blog, can be seen below. We can expect to see these changes in the new update.
Vault Space - We know you need more space to collect all the treasures you gain from your missions, and more gear is on the way.
Raid Fixes - There are times when Atheon and Crota can be uncooperative, so we're tackling their worst bugs.
Audio and Visual - Not everyone wants to see or hear a game the same way, which is why we’re looking at providing more options.
PVP Ammunition - The Crucible team wants to change the way ammo crates dictate the flow of a battle.
Strikes - The numbers tell us that there are some -

I was pretty excited for Uncharted 4. I still am, but now I've had to prolong my excitement just a little bit because the game has now been delayed. Naughty Dog have revealed that the new Uncharted game still needs more time, and they have delayed the launch window to Spring 2016.
Considering the game was originally planned to release at some point near the end of 2015, the extra few months of waiting really isn’t that much of a big deal. This extra time will also allow Naughty Dog to make Uncharted 4 as best they possibly can.
"After spending so many years with Nathan Drake, he means a lot to the team, and telling the climactic chapter of his adventures is a task we don't take lightly - this game deserves every bit of the attention to detail, precise pacing, and nuanced storytelling Naughty Dog is known for," Naughty Dog director, Neil Druckmann said in a new update.
"We've made the difficult choice of pushing the game's release date. Giving us a few extra months will -

The second Battlefield Hardline beta is set for release this week, and a lot of players are getting ready to jump in to the game. The beta will be running from the third of February to the eighth of February, and it will include a previously unplayed game mode called Hotwire.
Hotwire is perhaps the best game mode to capture what Battlefield Hardline is all about. Both the cops and the criminals will need to take control of marked cars, and each team will need to take down the other team's car. I'm expecting to see a lot of high speed chases through cities and other environments.
On top of Hotwire, players will also be able to play Heist mode in the new Battlefield Hardline beta, and that will be on the Bank Job map. In Heist mode, criminals will need to break into an area and collect a certain number of packages, then take them to drop off points in various locations on the map.
As you can imagine, the cops job is to stop the criminals from stealing the valuables. Unlike

Oh, hurrah - Gearbox seem to be gearing up for yet another Borderlands game. If you haven't become bored of the franchise already, then you might be excited to hear this news. If you are bored of Borderlands, keep reading, this new game might offer something a little different if a new job listing is anything to go by.
Gearbox president, Randy Pitchford took to Twitter to post an image asking for any individuals in the games industry to send their CVs to Randy's personal email. In the image, the words "Next Borderlands Team" were written, alongside lots of silhouetted figures. The phrase "This could be you" were written all over the image, which almost suggests that Randy and the guys at Gearbox are looking for a fairly large amount of new people to join their team.
We've seen a few 'we're hiring' posts by developers in the past that inadvertently lead to us discovering about new upcoming games a little early, but these kind of posts usually offer a handful of positions at

When the Master Chief Collection launched for the Xbox One, plenty of Halo fans were left devastated. Whilst 343 Industries did a spectacular job at delivering the new remastered content and graphics for the Master Chief Collection, it's online servers were plagued with problems, and most players had to week at least a week before they could play online properly.
Even then, there will still bugs, glitches and server problems, and most of the playlists were not even implemented at this point. Fortunately, 343 Industries have slowly been rolling out new fixes and extra content for the multiplayer portion of the Master Chief Collection, and this latest patch sees some much needed tweaks to the game bundle.
When you next get into the Master Chief Collection, a download will start for the newest update for the game. This new content patch has been focused exclusively on matchmaking online, and it's main feature adds new team balancing mechanics to the game.

The Halo Master Chief Collection has finally launched, but the game has so much content inside it that there's a lot to take in, so we'll be giving you a quick insight into what's new.
The Campaigns
All four original Halo campaigns from the main franchise, including Halo Combat Evolved, Halo 2, 3 and 4 can be played within the Halo Master Chief Collection. All games have had a makeover, although the most difference has been made to the Halo 2 campaign.
The Matchmaking
343 Industries are still slowly rolling out the matchmaking playlists for the Halo Master Chief Collection, and so far there have been a few issues - give it a week and everything should be running. From there, we may have to wait a couple months before all of the playlists and the entire ranking system is ready for play.
New Forge
As well as providing forge mode to all of the Halo 2 online levels, 343 have thrown in a few blank canvas maps that can be used to build to your heart's
