A brand new update has landed for Gears of War 4 and it adds two new maps and a number of other changes. Learn about the new features in Gears of War 4 below.
First things first, let's talk about the new maps that have made their way to Gears of War 4 in the new August update. The first map is Canals. This is the return of a classic. The map features three bridges that cross over a small canal. The map itself is quite small, and players will best remember it for the Longshot spawn that is available at the very center of the map.
In fact, Canals is all about sniping. The three bridges create three lanes for snipers to aim down - getting hold of a sniper on this map will be very useful. It's the sniper's dream.
The next map is Forge Blitz - this is an even tighter and more fast paced version of the original Forge map. A few changes have been made to the original version of Forge to make Forge Blitz flow much better. You'll be in the action within seconds after spawning,

It may come as a surprise to some, but the single player and co-op zombie survival game Dying Light is still getting close to 500,000 active players each week.
This huge player base has helped developer Techland to pour as much love into Dying Light as possible. In the past 12 months, Techland has released a number of new free content updates, and now they're planning to release even more content over the next 12 months.
The new content will also be free and it'll be spread out across 2018 and 2017. The new content will start with what Techland are calling "DLC No. 0."
This new DLC will bring new enemies to Dying Light. The release date for DLC No. 0 has not yet been set, but it's expected to come soon. The new enemies are humans with ranged weaponry. It looks like they'll be hit men or bandits set out to capture the price set on Crane's (the protagonist) head.
We're not sure what future content will be, but it's likely that they'll be similar in size to DLC

We've got some great news for anybody enjoying the Destiny 2 Open Beta. The end time for the beta has been pushed further into the future, which means players have more time to play.
Bungie still has more service testing to complete so that things are ready for release later this year. As a result, the Destiny 2 open beta has been extended until July 25. On July 25, the beta will end at around 6 PM.
The open beta for Destiny 2 originally started on July 21. It included some content from the main campaign, as well as some PVP content from the Crucible.
The campaign content included the first campaign mission, Homecoming. Crucible content includes the Countdown attack/defend mode on Endless Vale, which is a new Crucible map.
On top of the solo-focused campaign and the PVP content, the open beta for Destiny 2 also includes a co-op focused Strike mission. The Strike available on the Destiny 2 beta is called The Inverted Spire and it has a focus on firefights against

In the recent gun running update, Rockstar included some course code for a potentially hidden UFO mission. GTA modding group Team Guru has now uncoded the mission and have got it working.
So far, the mission cannot be played legitimately and it looks as if the mission is not yet completed. Rockstar may have plans to add the full mission in the future. For now, though, the uncompleted mission starts by showing players a gigantic crashed alien spaceship.
Near the spaceship crash is a small alien egg - players can pick up the egg. After this, a group of aliens appear, and players must work together to eliminate the aliens. Players must then drive the egg to their gun running bunker.
Aliens have been seen in Grand Theft Auto 5 before. In a mission in the story, Michael starts to hallucinate after taking drugs. During this mission, players take control of Michael to bring down waves of aliens. Some players have tried to decode an alien-themed mystery, known as the Chilliad

A brand new GTA Online adversary mode has gone live for PS4, Xbox One, and PC players. The new adversary mode is called Land Grab, and it is somewhat reminiscent of the Tron bike game mode that was added last year.
"Claim what's rightfully yours in Land Grab, the latest mode to invade GTA Online. Every minute counts in Land Grab, where teams battle to control territory in an unforgiving cyberspace: shoot the other guy in the neck, grab his turf, reload and repeat. If you don't do it, someone will do it for you."
Players must run over neon-colored tiles on the Land Grab maps to claim the tiles for their team. By doing so, the tiles will change to a player's team color. Players can fight it out on foot while fighting for territory. The team with the highest number of tiles once the clock runs down will be crowned the winner.
The Land Grab maps feature some close quarters action, so you'll want to pull out your assault rifles, SMGs, and shotguns. You'll quickly be thrown

A brand new Titanfall 2 update has gone live on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
The new Titanfall 2 update is named Colony Reborn and it's completely free to all Titanfall 2 owners. The new update adds a brand new map, a new weapon and a number of other changes and overall tweaks.
Besides the free content, there are also two new prime titans and 20 new camos, banners and patches are available for purchase. The two new titans are named Northstar and Legion. The first is a lightweight, speedy Titan, while Legion is a bulkier titan, equipped with a gattling gun.
The new free map is called Colony - this is actually a map that first made its appearance in the original Titanfall game. Old school Titanfall players should be happy to get their hands on this in Titanfall 2 - it's a close-quarters map that gave those on foot plenty of buildings to travel between while fighting titans.
The new weapon is the R-101 - this is also a throwback to the original Titanfall game. The R-101C

After a short induction period in quick play, Orisa is now available for play in competitive mode in Overwatch.
For those out of the loop, Orisa is a brand new hero that recently got added to the Overwatch roster. Orisa can be found in the tank category. Players have remarked that she offers a utility kit somewhat in between Bastion and Reinhardt. For example, Orisa has the ability to lay down shields that can block incoming damage, just like Reinhardt’s shield. Orisa's basic weapon is also fairly similar to Bastions' turret ability.
Orisa's ultimate allows her to boost the damage of players in her vicinity. For now, many players are still getting to grips with Orisa and we're not sure where she'll sit on the competitive meta if anywhere at all. With Reinhardt, Zarya and Roadhog still dominating the tank game, and other picks like D.Va and Winston still being relevant, it's hard to see where Orisa will fit in on the table.
It'll certainly take some more time to see

After a short time on the public test environment on the PC, Orisa, a new hero in Overwatch, has been added to the live servers for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
The new hero, named Orisa, is a brand new tank hero for Overwatch. To begin with, Orisa will not be available in competitive play. For the first few weeks, Orisa will be limited to Quick Play, Arcade and the Play Vs. AI modes. Blizzard has explained that they'd like their player base to get to learn how Orisa works before she is thrown into the competitive meta.
While Orisa is a tank, she has an arsenal of abilities to help protect her team, which makes her a viable support as well. Her main weapon is called the Fusion Driver - it can deal consistent damage to enemies, but Orisa is slowed down the longer the weapon is used as a throwback. Her alternate fire is called Halt and this allows Orisa to create a small detonated charge that can slow enemies.
Orisa's ultimate ability is called Supercharger. With this,

Glaz has slowly been phased out of competitive play, and Ubisoft have taken notice. As a result, it looks like Glaz will be getting a much needed buff.
A new video posted to the Rainbow Six Siege Twitter profile showcases a thermal imaging scope for Glaz - when Glaz zooms in with his sniper, the thermal heat signature of enemy players can be seen through walls.
Ubisoft didn't mention whether this would be a feature for all operators, or whether it would be exclusive to Glaz, but it would make sense that the feature was locked down to Glaz's sniper rifle.
So far, we don't know when this new feature will be brought to Rainbow Six Siege. There is a big update planned for later this month, so we may see the new thermal scope added to the game then.
Hopefully, the feature isn't too overpowered at the beginning. We expect the play rate for Glaz will spike massively after the patch for his thermal scope hits live servers, though.
Recently, Rainbow Six Siege rolled
