Now that DICE has been hired to work on Battlefront, a lot of Battlefield fans have understandably been concerned about the future of the Battlefield series. Fortunately there's a lot of good news as far as new Battlefield development goes. On a new Twitter post, DICE's development director Dan Vaderlind revealed that he has now left the Battlefront team to focus on their next game, which will be a Battlefield title.
Whilst there will still be a team at DICE dedicated to Battlefront, the main focus at DICE will now be towards developing the next Battlefield game. Considering that Battlefield 4 launched with a number of issues and DICE asked Visceral Games to help with Hardline, there's definitely a lot of anticipation on how DICE will deliver the next Battlefield title. No launch date has been set for Battlefield 5, (Or whatever else it may be called.) and we currently have no promotional material out of DICE's offices yet, but it's suggested that the game will be launched in 2016.

Obviously the latest game for Rockstar, Grand Theft Auto 5, is still getting love and attention from the development team. With that being said, Rockstar do have plans for the future and if a new rumor is to be true, the next future plan for Rockstar could be Red Dead Redemption 2.
A second Red Dead Redemption has been wanted by fans for a long, long time now and despite Rockstar's reluctance to confirm it, we really doubt Rockstar wouldn't develop a sequel to the original game. We believe a Red Dead Redemption 2 could sell just as well as a new Grand Theft Auto Game.
Okay, maybe not that well, but RDR 2 would definitely be insanely popular. So what's with this new rumor? A Rockstar employee has made his way onto Reddit to mention that Rockstar is working on a sequel to the original Red Dead Redemption.
Well, the Rockstar employee didn't directly announce a Red Dead Redemption 2, but a cryptic comment seemed to suggest it. In the comment, the Rockstar employee replied

The gun mechanics in Fallout 3 were a bit lacking compared to other first person shooter titles and whilst Fallout is an RPG title, it would still be nice to see an improvement in the gunplay. Fortunately Fallout 4 will be getting revamped gun mechanics and there will be plenty of changes to make the gunplay in Fallout 4 feel more like a traditional shooter.
It's great to see some positive changes being made to Fallout's combat system, but what were the changes inspired from, and what other game would be best compared to Fallout 4 when it comes to gun mechanics?
Surprisingly, Bethesda Studios hired a Bungie employee to help create a gun system that has been heavily influenced by Destiny. The gunplay in Destiny is undoubtedly very smooth - even if you dislike the game, there is no denying that the gun mechanics are very decent.
It's hard to say how much inspiration Fallout 4 will take from Destiny, but we do know that Bethesda also asked for help from Doom developer

The entire Halo 5 soundtrack has recently been put up online by 343 Industries. The new soundtrack can be listened to on 343's official Soundcloud page. In the past 343 has used Soundcloud to share other Halo 5 promotional content, so it's quite the surprise to see the full soundtrack go up online for free.
Most of the tracks have never been played before, whilst some of the more familiar sounds, such as the composition of Halo Canticles, may be recognized by some Halo 5 fans. In previous Halo games, the name to be remembered for Halo soundtracks was Marty O' Donnell, but this time round Kazuma Jinnouchi has been given the steering wheel. Jinnouchi has been renowned for other compositions, including the soundtrack for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.
Even though the full Halo 5 soundtrack can be listened to for free on Soundcloud, the same soundtrack can be purchased in physical format on Amazon for $23. The soundtrack is available in physical CD and in Vinyl.

343 Industries, Mojang and 4JStudios have all teamed up together to create a themed Minecraft DLC pack for Minecraft on the Xbox One and Xbox 360. This isn't the first time we've seen themed mash up packs for Minecraft on the Xbox, and in fact it's not the first time we've seen a Halo pack either.
In the past we saw a full Minecraft Halo theme which included a Halo texture pack, Halo music track and Halo map. This time, 343 Industries has worked closely with Mojang to create a Halo 5: Guardians skin pack.
Starting on October 23, players will be able to purchase a skin pack for Minecraft that adds a number of Halo skins to the game. The Halo DLC pack will only be available on Xbox One and Xbox 360.
For those that have already purchased the previous Halo mashup pack, you'll be happy to hear that this upcoming skin DLC will be available to you for free. Everybody else can pick up both the mash-up pack and the now included skins for $4.
In total there are eight different

Thanks to a new listing on an Australian Ratings Board, we've managed to find out that the exclusive Wii U title, ZombiU, might just be coming to the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4. As you'd expect, the 'U' in the ZombiU has been dropped, and the cross platform version will just be called Zombi.
The ZombiU game did look very promising, and the poor Wii U sales have lead the game to get little traction, despite it being quite a decent game, so it makes sense that the developers are trying to bring the game to other platforms. It would make sense that porting ZombiU to other platforms would be a little more difficult than porting a non-Wii U title, simply because of the various game controls and Wii U mechanics ZombiU takes advantage of.
It may be a while before we hear anything official about a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One version of Zombi, but it's very likely it will be coming. The same Australian Ratings Board has been very on point with these kinds of listings in the past,

Microsoft just announced their latest controller changes. They are introducing a brand new controller design that includes paddles, remappable buttons, swappable components, and trigger locks. All of these new enhancements are scheduled for release this Fall. Microsoft is gearing its new design towards the "elite gamers" and tournament level players. The paddles and remappable buttons should impact the competitive gaming scene dramatically.
It is unknown at the time if Sony will return with their own new controller design but we speculate that they will have to answer to Microsoft's controller. Sony already has remappable buttons but will they also add the paddles and trigger stops? We will have to wait and see how they decide to answer. If they want to stay ahead they will have to keep the competitive gamer in mind.
The new Xbox One controller design has the hardcore gamer in mind and will definitely be a hit. The price hasn't been discussed yet but with all the additional

M Bison has just been revealed by Capcom in a brand new reveal trailer for the character. The new trailer shows off a few other Street Fighter V characters before showing the new M Bison. Unsurprisingly, not much has changed to the character, but M Bison has had a nice re-texture to meet the higher quality graphics that Street Fighter V features.
M Bison originally made his way into the Street Fighter franchise in Street Fighter 2 and as you can imagine, he has stuck around ever since.
So far, we're still not very sure about the confirmed lineup for Street Fighter 5, but M Bison makes his way as the fourth confirmed character. Before M Bison, players were introduced officially to Ryu, Chun Li and Charlie.
It's likely that we'll see a large roster of character we've already seen from Street Fighter titles in the past and if we're lucky we may see a new face or two as well. Unfortunately Capcom has chosen to reveal each character separately so it may be some time before

The latest 1.03 patch for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is currently undergoing the certification process for both the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4. Once everything goes ahead as planned, the update will launch for both consoles.
Whilst patch 1.04 has already hit the PC version of The Witcher 3, patch 1.03 is yet to hit either the PS4 or the Xbox One, and the same can be said for patch 1.04. This is due to the lengthy certification process that both Sony and Microsoft use to make sure everything goes ahead smoothly with new updates for games on either console.
The PC version of patch 1.03 had over 600 changes made to it and it's likely that the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One version of the patch will have a very similar number of changes. As you can imagine, many of the new changes will be various bug and glitch fixes, most of which may not affect gameplay at all for the majority of players.
The biggest noticeable changes will improve overall stability when playing and when
