Someone made a mistake over at Insomniac Games and accidentally revealed something that probably wasn't meant to be revealed till later this year. A new page was recently uploaded to the website and then removed shortly afterwards showcasing a brand new upcoming Ratchet and Clank game, named Ratchet and Clank: Into the Nexus.
The page showed a few images of the title, as well as a lot of text on the upcoming game. The page went onto listing some of the features of the game, some of which we've come to know and love from Ratchet and Clank games such as upgradeable weapons, travelling between different planets, and a comedic storyline.
The page also said that the game would include more Clank missions where players would take control of Clank and run him through "inter-dimensional challenges where Clank can alter gravity, manipulate objects and solve mind-bending platforming puzzles."
Since this reveal, Sony has made an announcement to let everybody

I was pleasantly surprised as I watched the new Assassins' Creed: Black Flag gameplay video. The video features 7 minutes of gameplay footage as a narrator explains to the viewer what there is to be done in the new upcoming Assassins' Creed.
Personally I've been getting quite bored of the franchise, and when Ubisoft announced that they had plans to release a new AC game yearly, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. AC began as a series that was new and refreshing, but we saw that trying to reuse the same gameplay mechanics again and again just didn't work, even if the stories were quite compelling.
I was quite happy to see that the new Black Flag game actually looked quite good in this new gameplay video.
The gameplay shows off plenty of features involved with the high seas. We already know that the new game is pirate themed, but you may be surprised to see just how much of the game actually involves pirate shenanigans. In AC4: Black Flag, players will have their own

I'd be surprised if you haven't seen it already, but Rockstar recently uploaded a video filled with gameplay on their Youtube channel. The video shows footage as a narrator explains some of the gameplay mechanics that will be involved with the game. The three-way main character system was shown and explained, and it looks to be very intuitive.
The video also goes onto showing some of the many things you can do in the world of GTA V, including a whole host of sports like golf, tennis or hunting. And other completely unexpected activities like investing in real estate and buying stocks in a virtual stock market.
Another interesting feature is the ability to completely customize your own car with spray paint, and vehicular upgrades. The video showed the player owning a car that looked to come straight out of some of the older Need for Speed games.
The video is feature packed, and if you've been excited for the game already, this video will probably get you drooling, or

I've said it before and I'll say it again- This year has been an absolutely amazing year for gaming. It kicked off with BioShock Infinite and Tomb Raider, both of which are amazing titles with beautifully compelling single player story lines.
We've seen God of War, and Injustice, Metro: Last Light, Remember Me, and of course The Last of Us.
The Last of Us has so far been the king of this year's releases though. The game has managed to amass an amazing 3.4 million sales already, with the release being less than a month ago. Tomb Raider managed to hit that in four weeks, and despite it being a great game, it seems the excitement and hype leading towards the Last of Us has lead the game into an amazing pit of success. It's even more amazing to think that this game is PS3-only.
Of course we have some more titles gearing up for release later this year, and I would be surprised if Grand Theft Auto 5 doesn't take the 'fastest seller' title straight out of The Last of Us' hands.

Having multiple consoles in the market can be a pain sometimes - obnoxious fanboyism, the inability to play online with friends on a different console, and of course gameplay differences in games.
Luckily though, Rockstar's upcoming Grand Theft Auto 5 will be virtually the same game on both the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3. The new GTA has been confirmed to be a very big game, so it's easy to assume there may be gameplay differences between the two consoles because of the lack of powerful hardware.
Rockstar has made the announcement, stating "Players can expect the same great gameplay experience on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 platforms as they have both been developed in tandem."
"Like all of our games, trust that we're committed to making sure Grand Theft Auto V looks and runs as great as possible regardless of whether you pick it up for PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360, and we are excited for fans on both platforms to experience Grand Theft Auto V this September.

If you haven't taken any of your leisurely time to wreak havoc through Grand Theft Auto 3 in an almost indestructible tank, I am sure there are many out there that will tell you you've missed out.
In Grand Theft Auto 3, police were easy to outrun, and your damage really had no long-lasting effect on the game world. Of course, this year, hardware is much more capable than PlayStation 2 hardware, and we'll be able to get a lot more gameplay mechanics involved in games.
One of these will be the new addition of better cop AI- according to GameStop, their driving skills will now be very advanced, so expect all kinds of PIT maneuvers and driving tactics to get you safely off the road.
If you don't want the cops hot on your tale, you'll be able to get the attention of rival gangs that have nothing better to do than fight with rival gangs, giving you a perfect amount of time to drive half way across the GTAV world if you need to.
The official description was, "In GTAV,

If you're looking forward to Gran Turismo 6, then you should probably go and check out the playable demo that arrived this July 2nd.
On the demo you'll be able to race on the brand new track, Silverstone Circuit, a new previously confirmed location for Gran Turismo 6. This will be the only track available on the demo, and there will be a few different challenges to try on the track. This includes five time trials based around the Silverstone Circuit, which players will be able to attempt with three different vehicles, the Nissan Leaf, the Nissan 370Z and the GT-R.
On top of this, players will be able to try their best on the Silverstone Circuit and then register their best time for the GT Academy Competition, a contest that has been going since 2008 that gives players a chance to race to the top spot and win the chance at being a real Nissan motorsport driver. The cutoff for getting the best time for that ends 28th July but players can still play the

The Android-powered OUYA mini console comes packed with a controller that can connect wirelessly to the console and is powered by two AA batteries. When compared to the Xbox 360 and PS3 controller, there are a few things we like, but things we don't like too.
First off, the controller doesn't feel as premium as both the PlayStation's and Xbox 360's controllers. In fact, the controller feels very lightweight and creaks in the hand a little.
The battery placement is a little odd too- to place the batteries you have to pull off the sleeves of each controller handle to place a battery in either side. This can be a little awkward, and when paired with the lightweight feel of the controller, it's never a nice thing to have to do.
When playing with the controller though, it felt quite natural in the hand and button placement was in a way that we're all used to. The standard four buttons on the left, two analogue sticks placed similarly to the dual shock controllers, and a

Grand Theft Auto may be one of the most successful game series of all time, and it seems as each game releases, the games become more and more popular.
This is certainly the case with GTA V. It has now been delayed once, and a lot of gamers are impatiently waiting for release day this September.
In fact, so many people want to get a hold of GTA V that it's predicted to sell faster than games like Black Ops, a game that managed to hit a record by selling 1.4 million units on day one.
Grand Theft Auto V has easily double that score though with a predicted 3 million units sold on day one, completely smashing their previous record of what now seems like a measly 630,000 copies for Grand Theft Auto IV on day one.
Whilst Grand Theft Auto V will do extremely well, it isn't the fastest selling game - FIFA 13 managed to amass a huge 4.5 million sales on day one.
Are you looking forward to Grand Theft Auto V? With so many predicted sales, there's certainly a lot

Thanks to the improved hardware in the PlayStation 4, we'll be able to witness a whole lot more in our gameplay than the PlayStation 3 previously allowed us to.
One good example of this is in infamous: Second Son, a game that Sucker Punch has recently revealed will be capable of keeping track of the things you destroy in-game, meaning that when you come back, that damage will still be there.
This new capability is possible largely to the GDDR5 8GB RAM found in the PlayStation 4, which is miles apart from the PS3's tiny 512MB DDR3 RAM.
Sucker Punch has said "it was very difficult in a PlayStation 3 timeframe, where you don't have enough RAM to store information about every object in the whole universe. The areas would just be refreshed when you leave and come back. But now we have a lot more to work with."
Personally I think this is great progress for gaming and I can't wait for InFamous: SS.
