Assassin's Creed 3 Info

Hey there guys! If you read my previous post about 2 weeks back then you already know about the Assassin's Creed Collector's Editions that had been launched only for Europe. Even though it was weird that nothing was being released for the US we still knew there would be something sooner or later. I mean come on, it's the American Revolution!

Well your patience paid off guys! Ubisoft has just recently announced the Limited Edition for North America. This edition will be made available at a price tag of $119.99 (~$120) and will include these goodies in addition to the retail copy of the game:

1. Nine and a half inch statue of Connor
2. An embroidered 28 inch by 48 inch Colonial flag inspired by Assassin's Creed
3. 3 inch by 3.25 inch metal belt buckle

No offence, but somehow I like the Europe version better. But the deal gets a bit better if you pre-order this from Gamestop, in which case you also get a bonus single player mission "Lost Mayan Ruins" and an in-game unlockable weapon, Sawtooth Sword.

PC fans also get hands on some goodies by ordering the Digital Deluxe Edition of the AC III. This edition comes at a price of $64.99 and comes with these bonuses:

1. George Washington's Notebook
2. Three single player missions
3. Redcoat/Sharpshooter outfits for multiplayer
4. Outfits for Colonial Assassin and Captain of the Aquila's
5. In game weapons, Scottish flintlock and Boarding ax
6. Collection of the "best" audio tracks from all previous AC games

Along with the other 3 Collector's Editions set to be released by Ubisoft in Europe, there are now in total 5 Limited/Special Editions. Not including the digital bundles available for Europe and the different Playstation bundles. Ubisoft is really bringing their A game this time around! The only thing that makes me sad is the fact that if I want a complete set of bonus items I have to get at least two Editions. What do you guys think? Do you guys like these special edition bundles?

Speaking of Special Editions. Check out our custom Xbox 360 controllers. Some of the imaging options available are one of a kind so if you see a controller you like, act fast!
