Borderlands 2 Custom Halloween Gear

To celebrate Halloween, Gearbox, developers of the Borderlands series, are giving out SHiFT codes for Borderlands 2 which will give players cool new Halloween skins and heads for each of the classes.

The special SHiFT codes are only usable for a limited time only, and will need to be entered in the extras menu from the title screen. All five classes have codes for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, and the codes have an infinite use which means you can use them even if others have used them before you.

The costumes follow a rather consistent style with each character, based on a bumble bee, the new Halloween costumes are black and yellow, and although it's not exactly spookily Halloween-like, the costumes certainly look a lot more dynamic than most of the usual gear. Unfortunately these codes will only be redeemable up until Sunday November 4th, so if you don't manage to get your hands on one, ask your friend as he or she may have them still, as it's quick and easy to duplicate items over online play.
