forza 5 smoking tire dlc

Earlier this week, Microsoft released a brand new car pack for Forza Motorsport 5. The car pack, which has been named the "Smoking Tire Pack," was released on February 4th, and came with a total of 10 new cars to test out in the game.

The Smoking Tire Pack DLC has been set at a $10 price tag, and includes a wide range of high profile sports cars, including iconic cars like the 1994 Nissan Fairlady Z Version S Twin Turbo and the 2000 BMW Z8, among many other great vehicles.

Although you will have to cough up an extra $10 for the Smoking Tire Pack DLC for Forza Motorsport 5, if you actually want to use the cars in game, you will still have to purchase them in the marketplace by using the credits or tokens.

It has also been stated that you'll need to unlock them first, which should stop any new players jumping in with a brand new Maserati MC12 whilst other racers are still bumbling  around with Mini Coopers and Peugeot city cars.

A lot of these cars range from releases in the 1960's to the 2000's, however there don't seem to be any new cars worth racing on the Smoking Tire pack roster.

In my personal opinion, some of the cars look nice, whilst others look more like rust buckets on wheels, but each to their own. Here is the Smoking Tire pack car list.

1966 Chevrolet Nova SS
1968 Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale
1992 Toyota Celica GT-Four ST185
