Earlier this week Amazon listed the new Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 as having a "The inclusion of zombies in gameplay, both in as an option in multiplayer, and as a campaign option." You can view the new page here.
Kotaku was able to get a screenshot of it before it was promptly taken down.
Not too sure what all the secrecy behind the zombie mode might be but we do know that the game will be hitting the store shelves November 13th. We will follow up on this story if any new news about the zombie mode is released.
If the listing were true what kind of controller would you create? Show us with our Controller Creator!

Treyarch is pretty much done revealing both their single player and multiplayer modes. Now we just have to wait for the reveal of their final mode which has gotten as popular as the multiplayer mode, yes I am talking about the Zombies mode.
The Zombies mode started out very simple in World at War and in Black Ops it got a major overhaul. Tryarch hasn't been shy about telling us what to expect from the Zombies mode in Black Ops 2, without letting us know too much that is. Based on what they have revealed, the improvement we are expecting to see in Black Ops 2 is HUGE.
On the 25th of August a very simple tweet was posted on the official Black Ops 2 Twitter page which quite clearly hints at the upcoming reveal. This is what it read, "Something's coming...". The tweet was posted along with the picture of a door stained with a bloody handprint. I guess this is a subtle enough hint towards the imminent full reveal of the Zombies mode in Black Ops 2.

Treyarch has repeated time and time again that they are going to make the whole Black Ops 2 experience epic and from what we have seen from GamesCom, they sure did keep their word. In this article I will bring to you what I feel were the top features of Black Ops 2 multiplayer (shown till now).
Class Creation - 10 Point System
Treyarch has completely redefined the create-a-class feature that has remained pretty much standard since the first Modern Warfare. They have implemented a new 10 Point System with which players can now build their class (points are used to equip weapons, equipments etc.). This system removes the restraints of having fixed number of grenades, equipments and weapons, and will essentially allow players to make their very own unique class that suits their playing style.
Killstreaks replaced by Scorestreaks
Black Ops 2 will also be utilizing Scorestreaks instead of Killstreaks (similar to that seen in Modern Warfare 3). This system will allow

Next-Gen Call of Duty Rumors
I guess there is no stopping the big bad Call of Duty machine. Even before Black Ops 2 is out there are already indications of another installment that will most probably be available for the next-gen consoles. There is no indication whether it will be the very next iteration of CoD but if it is the case then it would mean the next gen consoles are most definitely coming out in 2013.
There are multiple job listings and a resume from Infinity Ward that suggests that the studio's next game will for the next gen-consoles. According to the resume of Andrew Aye, Modern Warfare 3 engineer, Infinity

Spec Ops: The Line - Online Multiplayer Details
Today we will be taking a look at the multiplayer aspect of Spec Ops: The Line. Nowadays almost all games have to have some sort of multiplayer especially if it is a first person or third person shooter.
Mutliplayer components these days are mainly used to increase the value of the game itself. They not only increase the allure of the games but also significantly increase the length of the game. Sadly, sometimes they are just sloppily made and do nothing more than frustrate players. I will just present you with my opinion of the multiplayer and whether it is good or not, you can be the judge of that.
First of all, they have

Black Ops 2: Zombies!
All right, now let take a look into Zombies! Treyarch has officially confirmed that Zombies will make a comeback and it is going to be bigger and better than ever.
First of all, Zombies will have more game modes aside from the standard round modes that we have seen in World at War and Black Ops. There also going to be specific tasks and objectives to complete in these levels this time around.
Speaking of levels, this is one area where Zombies is getting a major overhaul. They are creating whole new worlds for zombies, massive ones. According to Mark, the whole Treyarch team has put a lot of effort and imagination into Zombies

Black Ops 2 is getting close to its launch date, 13th November 2012, and this time around Treyarch is pulling all the stops! The game has already broken pre-order records and has surpassed pre-order records for Modern Warfare 3 by 30% according to Amazon.com. Wow!It is obvious that the same old engine is not stopping anyone from getting their hands on this installment. Well, we had been hearing news of all the new gameplay elements that they planned on putting in this game but, this E3 we finally got to see a sneak peak of it.
I was really impressed with the single player campaign in Black Ops and this time they plan on making it bigger and better. The story is a direct continuation from Black Ops and is going to be split into two eras - the cold war in the 1980's and the cold war in the near future of 2025. We will be taking the role of Alex Mason during the 1980's and as his son in 2025.
The cool thing about the split time frame is that we will actually get to see

If you weren't at E3 2012 this year then you probably missed the 140 foot wide trailer, but don't worry we got you covered:
http://kotaku.com/5916468/wow-this-140+foot+wide-call-of-duty-trailer-is-incredibleThe resolution on this trailer was 6336x720. Pretty intense and definitely had people stopping in their tracks to check it out.
The trailer was mostly a collection of footage many people had already seen, but shows you the length in which publishers go to grab your attention over their competition.
Think the trailer is widescreen enough?

See some new Black Ops 2 footage by clicking here:
http://kotaku.com/5915552/black-ops-2-blows-up-e3-and-los-angeles-in-new-gameplay-footageThis footage was released on June 4th at Microsoft's E3 2012 Press Conference and places emphasis on the varied gameplay that will be available throughout the campaign mode.
With the inclusion of 2 new vehicle weapon systems and an sniper rifle that can shoot enemies through cover there is a lot more to do than simply running down a single path and taking out enemy forces.
Black Ops 2 puts the player in a continuing timeline from Black Ops 1, but also jumps into the future allowing the developers to make interesting gameplay elements with brand new future weapons. It will be interesting to see how those future weapons will play out in competitive setting like classic Free For All over Xbox Live. A weapon that can shoot

Nintendo has just revealed alot of information on their new console the Wii U, but they have also revealed a new way to play on their console. While it isn't a real 'new way' to play it's definitely a new direction for the Wii. With the Wii U being in a prime spot to receive ports of 360 and PS3 games there hasn't really been a comfortable way to play hardcore games like Call of Duty or other beloved shooters. Thus Nintendo is releasing their Pro controller that looks very similar to an Xbox controller.
With this controller you can expect Evil will be there to modify them if that's something our fans would like. The new controller has swapped the positions of the 360's ABXY buttons with their right thumbstick.
Is this a design that hardcore gamers will appreciate? Or is it simply too late for Nintendo to appease their hardcore fan base? With more information on the way it'll be interesting to see what controller developers prefer most. For those gamers that love their wii-motes
