Although we're a little late on the announcement, its never too late to give to charity and especially never too late to support the fight against breast cancer. As we had announced we would on our blog on February 1st, we recently donated proceeds from all Pink Camo controllers sold in February to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure foundation.
However, thats not all. The campaign went so well that we decided to heck with Breast Cancer awareness month at Evil Controllers – lets make it a Breast Cancer Awareness Forever! Therefore, Evil Controllers extended the time for Breast Cancer Awareness efforts and will now donate proceeds each month from every Pink Camo controller that continues to sell! We look forward to helping raise more money to find a cure, and to continue celebrating all of the ladies in our lives.
Keep it coming on the Pink Camo, readers!

This weekend, I was lucky enough to have the chance to attend PAX East in Boston. It was my first gaming convention and I have to say, I had a blast.
From the beautifully designed booths (and the ones that obviously had been put together very last minute to say the least), to the intriguing panels to the cosplay that probably took months to design, to the worst sandwich I think Ive ever eaten (that cost me $12!!!), everything about PAX was new and exciting to me.
The convention experience started on Friday with me basically just exploring and getting a feel for the area. I met with Paige and Summer from Fandomania.com (who were so friendly!), and our good friends Mark, Steve, and Ben from AbleGamers, and started off filming an interview

I was happy enough to be invited to a release party for Marvel vs. Capcom 3 on Valentines hosted by the nice people who organize the annual Devastation tournament, which, in my opinion, was certainly better than some lame date with some guy I barely know that felt obligated to have a Valentine. Although it was over an hour of a trek, another Evil coworker and I gladly drove out, Evil D-pads and swag in arms to give away to attendees.
The party was at the Best Buy out in Surprise, AZ, and probably housed over 50 excited gamers in attendance. Both Evil Controllers and Monster attended the event and handed out goodies (apparently Monster drinks now come in turbo form with even more energy boosting capabilities….oy vey). People from all sorts of backgrounds attended, young, old, mid life crisis range, to play Marvel vs. Capcom 3 hours before the official release, using both our Evil D-Pad controllers or joystick pads
