The Grand Theft Auto V storyline was one of the most enjoyable single player experience I've had this year, and despite there being some great releases this year such as the Last of Us, Tomb Raider, Bioshock Infinite and so many more, there's nothing out there that could replace the GTA experience.
If you've enjoyed Grand Theft Auto V but have run the bloodstream dry out of the current single player offering, you may be happy to hear that Rockstar have some great things planned for the story line in 2014.
Just like with Grand Theft Auto IV, GTA V will have some extended storyline content added through DLC packs. Rockstar has confirmed that the DLC content will be released in 2014 and will continue the story's of Michael, Franklin and Trevor.
On top of this, a lot of work is going into the GTA Online experience, and 2014 will be a great year for the multiplayer portion of the game. In 2014, Rockstar will fully release the content creator, introduce new missions and mission

Sleeping Dogs was one open world action game that really caught a lot of our attention, and since then a lot of us have been wondering what has been going in the United Front Games studio after development finished for the title.
Whilst rumors have been laid on the table about a direct sequel to the first game, there has been no official information on whether that is true or not - except for now that is.
This week, a United Front Games developer revealed an image on Twitter that showed a small glimpse at what they have been working on since going quiet after Sleeping Dogs was released. It was later confirmed that the game was Triad Wars, which has been said to be a sequel for the first Sleeping Dogs game.
In the screenshot, we can see that the game looks to be a 3rd person game, so it's likely at this point that it is indeed the next lineup in the Sleeping Dogs series.
So far, details on the game have been pretty minimal, and in fact at this point there is almost

Telltale Game's The Walking Dead has been one of the most successful video games in the past year, and despite lacking much actual gameplay content, it's still considered a very successful and well-made game.
Season 2 of Telltale Game's The Walking Dead was confirmed some time last year, however the release for the first episode is now drawing closer.
Although an official date hasn't been confirmed, the first episode of season 2 has said to be made available this December, and Telltale Games have been trying their hardest to resist the temptation to release any spoilers.
However, it looks like someone working at Telltale Games couldn't resist and has revealed a screenshot that shows a character from the first season making a return to season 2.
This character is Omid - a man who managed to make it out of the first season alive and hardly remembered. He didn't play much of a part in the first season, but this new screenshot seems to suggest that Omid will play

To say sorry for all of the problems since the launch of the game on Xbox 360, PC and PlayStation 3, DICE manager Karl Magnus Troedssen has announced that all players will be offered double EXP for a whole week for all of the games they play within the double EXP week period.
The week will start on November 28th and will end on December 5th, and although it hasn't been confirmed yet, we assume this will apply to all consoles, including the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.
On top of the double EXP, players who play the game on December 5th will receive an exclusive weapon. Karl Magnus Troedssen said "On December 5 we will give all players that log in to Battlefield 4 multiplayer a M1911 pistol scope," said Troedsson. "This special sidearm scope, previously reserved for our DICE developers,

After tough competition from other football management games, EA has announced that FIFA Manager 14 will be the last game in the franchise.
In an open letter on the FIFA Manager blog, Gerald Kohler wrote "Today I'm writing to tell you that FIFA MANAGER 14 will be the last installment of the football simulation series marketed by EA SPORTS. This is was a very tough decision, so I want to take the time to explain it. This probably comes as a big disappointment to many of you, and it is understandable that you would ask why. "
Kohler went on to describe their defeat, and admit that although their games have been enjoyed by many, Football Manager held the crown, and has ultimately beaten FIFA Manager in every way possible.
"The football manager genre at this level of sophistication is highly specialized and primarily played in two countries (England and Germany), in which - on top of everything - one game has practically dominated the market in recent years. The niche

If you haven't yet got your hands on any of the great new Batman Arkham games, you may want to wait a tiny bit longer before splashing out on either of the three games in the series.
The reason for that is Interactive entertainment and DC entertainment have just announced a brand new collector's edition that packages all three of the Batman Arkham games into a bundled trilogy. The collector's edition will include digital copies of the first two games, Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham Asylum, and a disc based copy of the latest game, Batman: Arkham Origins.
The new Batman: Arkham Collection Edition will be available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, and will be released in the UK on November 22nd. The release date for other regions has not yet been announced, but it's unlikely to be far away from other releases.
The bundle copy will be able to be picked up for £59.99 ($37) on consoles and £49.99 ($31) on PC, and will include the extra content that has been released

Despite Sony's and Microsoft's best attempts to keep hackers and modders out of the gaming communities on both the PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE, it seems more and more people are finding ways into the system to cheat online and ruin gameplay for others.
Call of Duty has never been perfect for this, and when it comes to modded lobbies and cheats running around in-game, the average Call of Duty gamer has probably heard at least something about such things existing.
Unfortunately, it looks as if hacks and cheats on Call of Duty Ghosts have hit an all time low. Many players are reporting issues with players using hacks to give them access to perks all the way through a game, and others have accidentally found themselves inside a modded lobby, where players are boosting and gaining thousand’s more points per minute than actually possible.
On top of the hacking problems within the game itself, news has hit that a team of hackers have managed to release a torrent file

Rockstar have been pretty generous with their Grand Theft Auto Online multiplayer game, and have given out a lot of content for free. Along with having GTA Online as a free game, and sending out free cash packs as a way to say sorry for the server problems, Rockstar are still giving out freebies.
The new free Beach Bum pack has been released, and it brings in a bunch of new content and features. The Beach Bum pack adds a new survival mission, a new race, a new team deathmatch, a new bike race and a new parachute job.
On top of this, it also brings in beach themed customization options such as tattoos clothes, haircuts and even beach themed vehicles.
The single player and story haven't been left in the dark though, and just like with Grand Theft Auto IV and the two extra DLC story content packs, Rockstar has announced that there will be new story content available in the future for Grand Theft Auto V.
Whilst Rockstar didn't give any information other than stating

Call of Duty: Ghosts will be the first game in the franchise to include the ability to lean round corners. This feature has been present in many other FPS games including the Battlefield series for some time now, so it's nice to see it finally make its way into Call of Duty.
There is currently one problem with the leaning glitch, and this has been pointed out by a Vine video showing the leaning ability in action.
The Vine video shows one player leaning out of cover, however from another player's view, the player cannot be seen leaning out at all.
Despite the player that is leaning out of cover being able to see past the cover clearly and take shots at other players, others cannot see or even shoot the player.
This problem seems to be due to an animation not playing for the character when a player goes to lean, and it shouldn't be a very easy problem to fix.
In fact, Infinity Ward's Tina Palacios sent out a tweet on twitter to completely dispel the issue-

After an increasing number of reports about save game bugs and issues, Warner Bros. has made an official statement giving information on a variety of Batman: Arkham Origins problems that they are aware of.
In the official statement, Warner Bros. has listed all of the bugs and issues, however they have not yet made a fix for "rare" corrupted save problems, and it's unlikely that those who have encountered this bug will be able to get their saved content back.
"We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you all for your patience as we work to resolve the issues," Warner Bros. said in its statement.
The list of bugs includes both small issues like occasional crashing and freezing and more serious game breaking problems like corrupted save files and bugs that stop players from being able to access and play the story mode.
Although Warner Bros. haven't released any information on how to avoid these bugs from happening, they have mentioned a few
