A WILD Gears of War 3 Disc Appears!

With Gears of War 3 being less than a month away, it's only a some amount of time before information and early leaks of Epic's game to flood the front pages of every video game news site there is. Thanks to amember on Stick Skills forums named "lazer88", there are now images that show a Gears of War 3 disc out in the wild. Thus begins the flood of leaking news.

At last week's Call of Duty XP Event, in addition to the huge assortment of panels and activities, they hosted a Million Dollar Tournament which let tourney participants duke it out on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Hype for the upcoming Battlefield 3 release gets an added boost today, as the Physical Warfare Pack Trailer has been posted across the Internet. The newest Battlefield 3 promotional release highlights some of the games newest weapon classes, and demonstrates their devastating impact. EA is trying to demonstrate the intensive thought that went into making the game, and with recent increases in competition between EA and Activision this trailer is meant to display the best attributes of Battlefield 3.

Insomniac Games was the driving force behind the great Resistance series for the Playstation 2 and Playstation 3 and they are about to release the third title in the series this September. But are they going to make Resistance 4 after this upcoming release?

This past week was exciting! For those of you who dont know… A three day gaming festival called PAX was held this past weekend. Sounds awesome, right? I for one was extremely excited to see that there was a special appearance at PAX where they showed a new Final Fantasy Xlll-2 trailer!

The trailer featured a few battle scenes and a bit of the storyline here and there. It focused mainly on Serah who didnt really seem to make it into the frontline of all the action in FF Xlll-2, despite being a main character. Now it seems like she will take a more important role in the story.
