Server Rental Makes it Possible to Rent Out a Battlefield 3 Server
Being in random matches can be stressful. However, if you play Battlefield 3, then likely you don't have to worry about that from now on.
The reason why is because EA is renting out servers for your own personal use on the PS3, PC, and the Xbox 360. So that means you aren't going to be thrown into the middle of a battle where one sniper dominates the map or one lone wolf with a tank manages to squish you like a junebug over and over again. Now you can rent out a server and play with your friends and the people that you trust.
On the Xbox 360, for about $1.50 (120 Microsoft Points) per day or $25 (2000 Microsoft

BF3 Shows Off its Next Expansion the Same Time MW3 Releases its Newest DLC

While it was reported and blogged last week here on Evil Controllers, there wasn't any official trailer for it. But now EA has made it official with the official trailer (as seen here on Kotaku)

New Game Controller Technology Provides Feedback by Stretching The Skin on Your Fingers
While the Kinect has changed the world of gaming by allowing you to game without a controller, one person has decided to taking game controlling to a new level and fulfill the issue that is rarely addressed: a lack of tactile feedback in controllers. Beyond controllers that vibrate, there is really nothing. However, William Provancher, an associate University of Utah professor of mechanical engineering, has a promising idea for the next generation of feedback for controllers.
His team has figured out that, by installing a small, motorized piece on top of a directional stick, they can stretch the skin

BF3 To Soon Have Three New Themed Expansions
Instead of delivering the usual downloadable content of maps for every FPS game out there, DICE decided to do something completely different when it comes to expanding Battlefield 3. They decided to give Battlefield 3 players a set of three expansion packs, with not only maps but also new game modes, new and innovative gameplay, and unique environments for each release.
Judging by the official descriptions, each of these three expansion packs will be set on a different type of gameplay for BF3. For example, in June, EA and DICE will release Battlefield 3: Close Quarters, which is an expansion pack that will put you in the boots of a foot soldier with new weapons, assignments and unique dog tags. This Fall we will see "Armored
