Gears of War 3
Since the release of the first Gears of War (Mad World) trailer came out, I thought that it couldnt ever be matched. Yet, when the trailer Ashes to Ashes for Gears of War 3 released over a year ago we all just sat in amazement. However, that was not the only thing that got me excited about Gears of War 3.
If you dont know by now, I love when female characters can kick butt. Among the masses of strong and heroic men in the Gears of War series there has only been

Gears of War 3-- Marcus Fenix
This year seems to be a very popular year for video games and the fact that so many games are being released it is hard to argue that point. However, it is not just about the quantity but more importantly the quality. One of the biggest and most anticipated releases for this year is Gears of War 3. Since its original release date was set back in the spring of 2011 many people are just itching to get their hands on it. That being said, I decided I would do a little recap on one of the main characters. So by the time the game comes out you wont have forgotten the impact he had on the series.

Intense Game Trailer
A while back I saw a trailer for a game while I was surfing the internet. My computer or internet connection was acting up so I only got to watch about 20-25 seconds of a three minute long video. Well, finally I remembered to go back and look up the game trailer again the other day. To say the least, I was blown away. The trailer was for a game called Dead Island, set to release September 6, 2011.

Gaming Modz
Gaming Modz showcase those characters and titles that the gaming community really seem to latch on to. Guinness just asked over 13,000 gamers to vote for their favorite video game characters at their Guinness World Records Gamer's Edition website. The top 50 list compiled seems fairly accurate if you take a lesson from the gaming modz you see within gaming communities.
In the top 5 of this list you'll find characters that have been used for hundreds of gaming modz as well as some very cool community driven gaming modz based off these personalities.

First comes love…then comes marriage….then comes VIDEO GAME COUPLESSSS!!! With Valentines Day around the corner, I wanted to make a compilation of my personal favorite couples in gaming. I am generally partial to the classics, so most of my choices tend to be fairly old school, but I just think it shows the timelessness of solid video game relationships (and those lucky bugs never have to age either…rude.) Heres a top 5:
Mr. and Ms. Pac-Man (Pac-Man series)
Perhaps the oldest and most classic of all video gaming couples, I think Mr. and Ms. Pac-Man definitely deserve

Two of the most quintessential females in gaming history (namely, Nintendos history) have only been matched up to fight each other before in games drastically affected by a gamers skill, and not their inherent character traits or abilities. So, because games like Super Smash Brothers dont truly justify who would win in some sort of fighting pageant between the two without the overwhelming differences of skill between varying gamers, I decided to measure up the two based on a variety of different factors.
