Master Chief in Halo 4: Differences across the board.
There is a huge rue of excitement surrounding the debut of Halo 4s trailer at E3 2011. It marks another installment to an already amazing track record for the Halo franchise, and here at Evil, we are very captivated by the new games possibilities. In an interview with former Halo franchise director, Frank OConnor makes note of the noticeable changes to Master Chief in Halo 4s trailer.
The most notable difference from the trailer is the altered armor that Master Chief is wearing. There are gaps in the armor, and it is more evident that a man is behind the famed Spartan armor. OConnor said this about the noticeable differences, There's some story behind his new look... There are specific reasons why he looks the way he

Modern Warfare 3
There have been some rumors surrounding the new Modern Warfare titleregarding a new game type called survival mode. Recently, however, it seems thatthese rumors have been confirmed and the new gameplay mode is in its beta stage.Survival mode will basically be a wave defense gameplay type that will take theplace of zombies in MW3. In my mind, I picture something similar to horde modein the Gears of War series, and if this is the case I am really excited to get to try it out.

Evil Ambassador Copiozo on: F.E.A.R. 3
The heavily influenced by Japanese horror movies FPS game is back thanks to WB Games. And while it is under design by a new studio called Day 1 Studios, they claim to be working closely with the game's original developers of the first F.E.A.R. game, Monolith. With this much backing and work being done on the game, it's probably no question that F.E.A.R. 3 will be a horror-fps game that will make you jump in fright (before retaliating with your arsenal of weapons).
Plotwise the game seems pretty well done since the game's story and

There is a trend in 2011 game releases that has us very excited. This being the debut of refurbished classic gaming titles, which feature updated graphics, and improved game play that is consistent with the original titles. Two of the most prominent remakes are Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary and Legend of Zelda:Ocarina of Time 3D, both of which are poised to be excellent new additions to the already highly popular originals.
In light of these classic remakes, I have been going back over the

Time Magazine-Gamestop Promotion under stress of its reception
While TIME magazine doesn't seem to be the magazine for gamers (I'm more a US News & World Report person myself), the magazine is getting some news from its Gamestop poster/promotion which I talked about back in mid-May. While it seems like it is getting some attention, some of it not what Activision wanted.
According to the New York Times, TIME magazine supported the art direction of the promo and also approved of Activision's

Microsoft announces the Kinect will support the Halo Classic
While Microsoft is keeping a tight lip on the remake of Halo: Combat Evolved (which is to be released later on this year on November 15, 2011), they did drop a bit of news as the Halo anniversary remake will have Kinect Support. The Vice President of Microsoft's (Phil Spencer) told sources that the Kinect will be important to all genres of games from racing games (like Forza) to combat games (like the Halo Anniversary remake). That being said, we have an idea that all games

Joystiq.com has just broken the news. Black Ops has more DLC planned to release on June 28th. Is this too close to our last DLC dosage, or is it exactly what we needed?
This DLC adds 4 new maps for multiplayer: Hangar 18, Drive-In, Silo, and Hazard. For fans of zombie mode, the DLC adds the map Shangri-La which our Evil Girls are very excited about.
To launch the release of this new DLC Treyarch will be throwing a double XP weekend on July 1st, so get your Evil Controllers ready, because the annihilation is just getting started.

Activision's CEO denied competitor's game at E3.
According to some news source on the E3 floor, it seems that Bobby wanted to get his hands on his competitor's game at a behind-closed doors event at E3. Sources tell us that Kotick's assistant hopped to the front of the EA line on Wednesday morning of E3 requesting (on behalf of Kotick) for the Activision CEO to try Battlefield 3.
There were discussions for a while until anEA representative showed up and explained that senior management had been informed
