In preparation for CWL Dallas, a brand new Infinite Warface patch has hit servers across all platforms.
The new patch includes a number of bug fixes and tweaks, but most importantly has made some adjustments to some weapons. The highlight for this patch's weapon balancing is the changes to the KBAR and the Type-2.
The KBAR and NV4 have now both been nerfed, while the Type-2 has been buffed, which makes it one of the most viable weapons in competitive play.
Below, the full weapon balancing changes for the latest Infinite Warfare patch have been listed.
- Type-2 (AR mode)- Slight increase to the fire rate and a decrease to ADS recoil
- Type-2- Slight increase to hip fire spread when in akimbo mode
- Volk- Increase to the 3 bullet hit kill range
- Titan- Slightly increase to the fire rate and an increase to the 4 bullet hit kill range

The radar has been an iconic part of the franchise ever since the Halo: Combat Evolved days. Over the years, the radar has had a number of changes but it has mostly remained the same.
The trouble with this is that much of the rest of the Halo gameplay experience has evolved. The radar is now a little outdated and it certainly needs some more love to fit better with the gameplay available in Halo 5: Guardians.
343 Industries has finally started working on changes to the radar, and the new tweaks will soon be ready to test in an upcoming multiplayer playlist.
An official update post on Halo Waypoint mentioned, 'Nearly 16 months of player feedback and game data has driven some interesting internal explorations to alter the way the Motion Sensor functions in Halo 5. On Thursday, March 9, we will kick off a public test of this new Motion Sensor to gather player feedback and metrics to help determine if this has a potential place in Halo 5 going forward, as well as potential

DICE has just pushed out the winter update for Battlefield 1. The update should be available now for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
While the update has already landed, most players still don't know about the highlights of the patch and what to expect from it. In this article, we've covered all bases, so take a read below to check out what's new.
Unsurprisingly one of the biggest focuses for the winter update was to fix bugs. DICE has done a wonderful job to keep Battlefield 1 running smoothly across all platforms and the latest winter update has eliminated plenty of little bugs and errors that have been pointed out by the community in the past.
The next biggest focus for the Battlefield 1 winter update is player progression. From now on, the maximum class rank will be 50, as opposed to 10. This applies to all of the four main classes, the pilot, tanker and all of the elite kits.
To go alongside the new class levels, there are brand new dog tags and customization

All of the juicy details for the first Battlefield 1 DLC expansion to actually cost any money have now been revealed.
The first DLC for Battlefield 1 is called They Shall Not Pass, and it will include new maps, new weapons, new items, a new game mode and some other extra features.
Firstly, let us share what we know about the maps. The new They Shall Not Pass DLC will have a total of four new multiplayer maps. The four maps are named, Fort Vaux, Rupture, Soissons and Verdun Heights.
With these four maps combined, players will have a nice mixture of claustrophobic underground tunnels, iconic trench and bunker warfare, open farmland and torched rubble.
Frontlines is the included game mode in They Shall Not Pass. Frontlines has a mix of gameplay from Conquest and Rush. "Both teams fight for one flag at a time and when this objective is captured the action moves on to the next. Capture the enemy's HQ control point and the game turns into a Rush-style section where

A new update is being planned for Dishonored 2 that will add new difficulty modes to the game.
The new update will include a number of other features and will arrive on PS4 and Xbox One on January 23. PC players will be able to download a beta update on Steam on January 18 to test it early.
The level of control a player will have over how difficult Dishonored 2 can be may be the most impressive we've seen in a game so far. Instead of having locked difficult levels, the new update for Dishonored 2 will give players access to 20 different sliders, all of which can be used to adjust the difficulty of different game mechanics.
For example, one slider can change how many enemies are likely to attack you at once, while another can change how quickly it'll take for a sleep dart to take effect. One slider will be named Iron Mode, use this slider and you can turn off manual saving, load functionality and even add permadeath.
Finally, the other major feature of the upcoming

Backwards compatibility on the Xbox One is a big thing for some gamers, but it doesn't come with its own little hiccups. Halo Reach has been available on the Xbox One via the backwards compatibility feature for a while now, but the performance for the game has been terrible.
Until now, players have struggled to play Halo Reach on the Xbox One without having juttery frames, freezes and crashes. Thankfully a brand new patch has been released for Halo Reach that has been designed to fix all the performance issues entirely.
The new update has been confirmed to help with frame rate on Halo Reach and from early tests it seems as if the game is now running as smooth as ever. Not only is Halo Reach on the Xbox One now working smoothly, but in some cases it has a higher frame rate than the original Xbox 360 version.
Now that we know that patches like this are possible for backwards compatible games, we wonder whether it'd ever be possible for a developer to revive a once-popular

After what felt like an eternity, The Division is finally getting public test servers. This means that new experimental updates will be tested before they are pushed out to live servers.
With public test servers, players get two benefits. Firstly, players can experience new content before it's ready by visiting the public test servers. Secondly, the developers for The Division can monitor feedback from players on the public test servers so that all bugs and issues are ironed out before a new patch goes live.
Public test servers should hopefully improve the overall quality of each patch massively. Not only can the test servers be useful for spotting bugs before they hit live servers, but they can be incredibly useful for testing new balancing changes or new weapons.
To begin with, the Ubisoft developers will be working on bringing the upcoming 1.4 update planned for October to the public test servers. Players who'd like to join the servers will need to install a public

A new Overwatch update has made it to the public test realm and it should soon be travelling to the live servers for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
The new update will include a number of changes, including improvements for spectator mode and custom games for eSports, balancing to a number of heroes and some overall fixes and user interface changes.
The most important changes are definitely the adjustments made to three heroes; Junkrat, Widowmaker and Ana. The changes can be seen below.
Ana
Nano Boost
- Ultimate cost has been increased by 20%Biotic Grenade
- Radius has been increased from 3 to 4 metersDeveloper Comments: So far, we haven’t seen any indication that Ana is too strong overall, but her ultimate charges a little too fast, especially considering the impact it can have on a match. Also, her Biotic Grenades are getting a small boost to help her hit multiple targets.
Widowmaker
