Bless her heart for putting up with the director of such video game films likeHouse of the Dead and Farcry. Play as the Devourer of Worldsin Ultimate MVC3
I always wished there was some way to play as the boss, seeing as they are the cheapest of the cheap and have all the cool abilities. Aside from the instance of playing as Apocalypse in X-men vs Street Fighter on the PS1, there really was no chance of you ever taking the reigns of the other bosses like Abyss in Marvel vs Capcom 2...until now.
Thanks tosome

Hidden Gems for the PS2 like Godhand Are Coming the PSN
Kotaku gave us some great and unexpected news, as Sony has launched a campaign on the Playstation Network called "Only on PSN". This campaign will promote various genres of games like Move games, indie games, and rare PS2 games. When I heard about this, I was wondering what they deemed as "rare PS2 games". I mean are we talking about "great games on the PS2 that I'd have to pay out of nose to get a legit copy on eBay?" or we talking about "games that I can probably find at the

Chinese's Rip Off of Team Fortress 2 Surfaces Itself Again with More Plagiarism
Back in July,Kotaku reported about the Team Fortress 2 ripoff "Final Combat". Frankly, when the news got to me (the biggest TF2 fan in Arizona), my eyes began to twitch and I nearly blew a gasket due to the built up rage of hearing suchplagiarism. I was going to write a very wordy blog

Sony's Rapping Dog Sensation Could Return in the Near Future
From those of you who don't know, before my days of laser sword dominating on Haloand lancer ripping in Gears of War 3 on my Xbox 360, I used to be a huge Playstation gamer. I loved that system and its assortment of games. One of my favorite games was the Parappa the Rappa series. But after Parappa the Rappa 2 on the PS2, we rarely heard from the rappin' dog, save

The Gears of War Series is Doing Great in Japan
So as you know, I like to report how western games are doing in Japan. Usually, when Japan's gaming community are exposed to games made in the west, they usually have a wide range of excitement (from "meh" to "omg that was awesome"). Lately, it's been "meh" with the decline of the Xbox 360 in the region. However there was a surprise at this year's Tokyo

Cultural Differences Prevented Rock Band from Being Huge in Japan
A while back, Rock Band came out of nowhere and exploded in popularity all over the United States, Europe, Australia, nearly everywhere....except for Japan. There must be a reason for why the Harmonix's biggest introduction to music-themed video games didn't make its way to the land of the rising sun.
According to this article on Kotaku, there are several reasons
