Dead Space DLC Coming
If you didn't know already, the first DLC pack for Dead Space 3 has already been planned to hit sometime next month, however solid dates and details are a little bit blurry. The DLC has been named Awakened and players will "experience the franchise's darkest chapters as the Necromorph battles become even more gruesome and terrifying than ever before," According to Steve Papoutsis, executive producer at Visceral Games.
Steve calls Awakened "some of the most disturbing content" in any Dead Space game. For those that are looking forward to the unrivaled scares waiting to jump out from the Awakening DLC, you may want to know that according to a tweet by the company, the

Battlefield 4 Confirmed
EA is one of the biggest games publishers out there, and with so many different franchises under its belt, it only makes sense that whilst some become extremely successful, others crash and burn, and sometimes never see the light of day.
A good example of this is the new Medal of Honor: Warfigher game. Despite its attempts to bring something slightly different into the FPS genre, the sales for the title were appalling compared to other popular FPS games, and it's a bullet that EA has had to take hard to the chest.
EA is gathering its assets though, and killing off those that aren't beneficial to the producer's success ratings. For this reason

PS4 Launch
On February 20th, Sony unveiled the PlayStation 4. Well, there wasn't actually a physical unveiling of the console, much to everyone's dismay, however details on the PS4's hardware specifications and it's future capabilities were shown and revealed, as well as a few launch titles for the console. If you're not all that interested in what actually makes the PS4 tick, and are more interested in what games the next-gen Sony console will have to offer at launch, then you're in for a treat as Sony spent a lengthy amount of time showing off some next gen titles that will hopefully reach retail this holiday season.

Destiny Info.
So Bungie has given the world a preview into the world of Destiny. Although no gameplay footage was shown, we've been given a bit more insight into how the game will work, and what we can find within the game.
Always on Connection
This was a big gripe for some players, an always on connection just doesn't make sense when you don't need the connection constantly to play the game, however with Destiny it makes a little more sense, and according to Bungie, bad connections won't affect your connection too badly.
"Activision has run a site-specific infrastructure on the world's biggest multiplayer game for several years. While you can play campaign in Call of Duty

GoW RTS
According to vgleaks, a new Gears of War title is being worked on other than the current Judgment game which rolls out before the events of Emergence day. The new game is told to be a real time strategy game, which sounds like an interesting concept: Halo Wars was developed for Bungie by Ensemble Studios and saw quite a large amount of success, so a Gears of War based RTS could work as well.
What ruins the potential for me though, however, is that the new Gears of War title is supposedly a Kinect only title. Previously we saw RARE take hold of all the casual-based IPs and turn them into Kinectrosities, but it seems now Microsoft has got hold of Epic and told them to make their own game completely Kinectified.

Walking Dead Rated Mature
There was a bit of controversy following the action zombie game after unfinished gameplay footage was shown to the public via YouTube, however after things got cleared up, and a fully finished version of the gameplay trailer was released, more interest was taken in the game.
Planned for release on the 19th of March, The Walking Dead: Survival Instanct recently got rated as a mature game for the following reasons:
This is a first-person shooter based on the TV series The Walking Dead. Players assume the role of Daryl Dixon as he battles hordes of attacking zombies, searches for survivors and supplies, and performs various missions.

Crysis 3 Popular
The super graphically impressive series by Crytek has received a fair amount of success in the world of gaming, however it's been no match for other shooters like Call Of Duty or Halo. One reason for this may be that the previous Crysis games never really had a strong multiplayer element to the full bundle.
Crysis 3 has built upon the previous multiplayer experience, creating gameplay both enjoyable and competitive. And Crytek's decision to focus on the multiplayer aspects as well as the singleplayer ones has seemed to prove successful.
According to Crytek, the Crysis 3 multiplayer beta/demo received over 3 million downloads, and top of this, their game received 40% more pre-orders

PS4 Controller
For most of us, February 20th can't come any sooner. It's not too far away yet, but for those that are waiting, here's a small teaser.
Above is a supposed leaked image of the PlayStation 4's controller, shown off by a user at the GameTrailers forums. This is a second, more definitive image of this so called leak, showing a few hardware features that have been rumored to feature on the controller.
It looks as if there is a central touch pad in between the PS Vita-style d-pad and the classic X, O, Triangle, and Square button layout. The sticks are in the same position as previous PlayStation controllers, and the two bumper buttons remain at the back of the controller.

Saints Row Sneakers
If you're a big fan of the Saints' Row series, there's now a perfect way to testify your love for the games. Heyday has just released an extremely limited pair of sneakers that are currently selling over at their website for $150.
That"s a pretty hefty price, however paying up gets you a pretty cool pair of sneakers. Each pair has a slight unique twist to it, making sure what you're wearing on your feet remains to stay different, even if you do somehow happen to come across someone else with the shoe.
It's unlikely that you will though, as there have only been 250 shoes produced, and there won't be any more.
The price tag is understandable when
