COD Fans on the Go Can Rejoice with a Vita Title Coming Soon
So by now, a lot of people have their hands on the Playstation Vita, but like most console and portable console releases, there's only a small library of games at release. But if you can wait for this Fall, FPS fans can rejoice with a Call of Duty title for the Vita. Someone Made a Custom Joystick with Michael McDonald On It
So every once in a while, I like to take a break from the everyday video game news to bring you something you wouldn't believe. For those who don't know me, I like classic American Rock music like the Steely Dan, Chicago, and the Doobie Brothers. I also like fighting games. I just never thought I'd see the two combined.
But apparently someone else did. As seen here on Kotaku, an eBay seller

Evil's Blog will be sharing customer emails with their names abbreviated for their privacy. These are real emails, real testimonials.
From: J@inbox.com
Hello Amanda,No sweat and by the way I really appreciate knowing that as customers we are the number one priority. As I mentioned before in a phone conversation this will be my 2nd modded controller, the 1st one I obtained from a competitor (a bad experience overall... bad customer service, 1st shipment was defective so I had to send it back, 2nd shipment so far has shown poor quality- active reload works half of the time etc.) Because of all these problems I decided to find a different option, which happens to be you guys... so in essence waiting a couple of more days because I will be getting something of really good quality is definitely not a problem. Once again thanks for the info, God bless!
Sincerely,
Jose M. C

The Next Microsoft Console's Code Name is Revealed to the Gaming Public
So places like Kotaku have heard from a lot of sources (which can be found in this article) that are close to the working on the next Microsoft gaming console. They found out that the code-name for Microsoft's next console is Durango. Sounds like a familiar animated title doesn't it?
Though it should be noted that this is a code-name, not the official name. Just like the code-names for the Dreamcast (Katana), the Gamecube (Dolphin), and the Wii (Revolution), it's not the name that will be printed on the console or the box it will be

The organizers for PAX East and the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (MCCA) announced recently that the popular video game convention will remain in Boston until 2023. The organizers are hoping to grow the number of attendees to around 100,000, making it one of the largest public gaming conventions in the world (behind Germany's Gamescom and Japan's Tokyo Game Show).

Check out the new Borderlands 2 Trailer just released this morning! The new trailer reveals the new set of vault hunters and a good number of characters making a return appearance from the last game.
The trailer shows a promising, but similar experience to the original. Which is just fine by us.

EA Displays Their Plans for the Future
There is plenty of room in our gaming lives for more Battlefield 3, Bad Company and other military first-person shooters from EA, the giant game publisher's number two boss told the public through a recent interview with Kotaku just recently.
"I think the genre is big enough, and they're different experiences," said EA CEO Peter Moore said during a brief sit-down interview in New York City. Just a day before that, representatives of EA sent Kotaku and others

Kaz Hirai to be Officially the Next Head of Sony
As I have stated nearly a year ago, Kaz Hirai will become the next head of Sony. According to this article on Kotaku, it seems that it has been officially confirmed. Sony CEO Howard Stringer announced that his replacement as President and CEO of Sony Corporation will definitely be Kaz Hirai, when he steps down in June. They officially announced this move with Hirai's promotion in April (while Stringer will remain as executive chairman until his departure this Summer).

Notch Wants Pyschonauts 2 to Come True
Tim Schafer's Psychonauts is practically up there when it comes to great, under-appreciated video games. While it didn't set the world on fire with massive sales, it's still a cult hit with everyone for its out of mind gameplay and humor.
So, where's the sequel? Well, lately Schafer's Double Fine development studio's changed a bit. They now focus on smaller, leaner games destined for the downloadable market. Schafer's stated that from a manpower and financial perspective, Double Fine's not quite ready for a follow-up to Psychonauts. Still, he told in
