Well folks, its finally double points weekend again on Ps3 and for many of us, that means we will most likely be spending our last day on earth inside pwning noobs. Really with the impending rapture ahead of us this brings a whole new light to the phrase, Its not the end of the world! I really hope its not the end, I am still too young to die. However, after seeing what might have been the most absurd call of duty kill of all time last night from my friend Jon, I could at least rest easy. To describe what occurred, basically this guy was running up the stairs on Array, Jon fired 4 or 5 bullets out of his Aug and then switched to his python putting one bullet directly between this poor unsuspecting chumps eyes. It wasnt a difficult kill, it was just masterfully executed and equally humiliating to watch.
I wont be surprised if this weekend yields complete insanity, as everyone will be struggling to make up for that lost time due to the PlayStation

Evil Controller's Youngest Customer
Being that Evil Controllers is a company that relies mostly on Internet sales it is rare that we get to have face-to-face interaction with our clients! But every so often we get a local resident who drops by the Evil Laboratory, and our most recent customer was quite a surprise.
It is often perceived that the majority of our customers are above the age of 18, due to some of the most popular FPS games being for those who are 18 years old or above. However, there are always exceptions for that rule. If a parent or guardian approves the game for their child to play, a child of any age can be sitting behind an Xbox controller sniping their competition! So since I had perceived that the majority of our customers were above the age of 18 I was shocked when I met Vince, who could possibly be Evil Controllers youngest fan!

Due to be released June 9th, the highly anticipated sequel to Sucker Punch Productions Infamous is going to be a monster of a game. I mean the original was literally GTA but with electricity as your weapon, tons of helpless civilians to be slaughtered, and endless buildings to jump off of. An open world video game that combines elements of RPGs, shooting games, puzzles, and platforming; Infamous 2 is going to be jam packed with exciting things to do.
While it is a single player game, Infamous 2 is still a game where you can pass the controller around to your friends and admire the magnificence of the games beauty. In all honesty, I havent played many single player games that have made me absolutely hooked like the last game had since perhaps Knights of the Old Republic. Amazing graphics, brutal melee attacks, an arsenal of powers, and endless possibilities truly

When I was 5 years old one of the very first games I ever played was Mortal Kombat for Super Nintendo. I accredit it as being the game that started it all for me. Since that time, there have only been one or two versions of Mortal Kombat that I would consider its equal, but nothing that really did the original justice. This is primarily due to the fact that the games veered too far from the origins of its 2D ancestor, venturing into the land of 3D and an excess of unrecognizable characters. Now after more than a decade and a half, the critics have spoken, and Mortal Kombat 9 has finally lived up to its name.
With the release of a completely revamped movie due later in 2011, a state of the art graphics engine, powering a 2D side-scrolling fighting game, there is no doubt that Mortal Kombat is back, and with a vengeance! If you and your buddies are looking for a game to settle bets, arguments, and your looking for peaceful solution, why not

The next installment in the Call of Duty series seems to be getting closer.
So looks like things are picking up for Activision and Infinity Ward, as they released a statement (you can find it here on Kotaku) that the next installment in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare series will be pushing the envelope when it comes to what people expect. So knowing the series, they're going to go beyond the Michael Bay-like explosions and second-by-second action-filled storyline events, which is awesome.
The storyline is what I'm really fixated on. A lot of people call the

Focus on "Sonic Generations" and the Sonic the Hedgehog Series.
It's hard to believe it's been TWENTY YEARS since Sega introduced Sonic the Hedgehog andhis fast-paced action to the video game audience of the 1990s and began a long-running rivalry with a plumber named Mario (though now they're best friends via racing, brawling, and sports). Sega decided to celebrate those twenty great years by teaming up the Sonic of my years (the shorter-legged Genesis version) with the Sonic of today (the one you see in Sonic 4 and in Smash Bros. Brawl).
In Sonic generations, both generations of Sonic the Hedgehog will team up and run themselves through rebuilt HD versions of old classic levels and modern
